GoogleI can not recommend Jefferey Ross enough, Jon and the team were more than helpful with any issues or queries we had at our property. Very organised dealing with anything that we needed doing to the house and were not rude or bossy like other Letting agencies I have dealt with *cough* KEYLET *cough* if you are a student or professional I would highly recommend going with Jefferey Ross as I am sure you will be looked after as well as I have been.

GoogleThe team at JR were great, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Any issues we had with the property were sorted quickly, and fixed to a high standard. Their communication was great, and we received prompt, helpful replies, even at weekends. Although we’re moving elsewhere, if I’m back in Cardiff in the future, I’d certainly look to rent with them again.

GoogleI recommend JeffreyRoss Estate Agents to everyone planning to move to Cardiff. I arrived in this beautiful city with little experience and little ideas of where to look for a place for myself and the staff has been simply amazing in assisting me in all my needs. Whenever I had an issue, they were always there, ready to respond to all my (sometimes stupid) queries. Everyone has been extremely professional, kind and responsive. A formidable experience !:-)

GoogleThe team at Jeffery Ross helped me both sell and purchase properties. I have to say they were absolutely brilliant. From the very beginning they were innovative in their approach and proactive during the whole process. Sarah in the Llanishen branch was a real star & I can’t thank her enough. Ramsey and the Roath branch were lovely and kept me informed every step of the way. Moving home is stressful enough under normal circumstances let alone crazy Covid days & you guys should congratulate yourselves on how you have managed to keep things moving in a professional manner during strange times Thank you

GoogleI bought my new home through Jeffrey Ross Llanishen and it must be said that Elliot and Sarah are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and Sarah stayed on top of the progress of my purchase, helping it go smoothly and quickly. Quite the best purchase experience I've had - and I've had quite a few over the years! Thanks for making everything seem so straightforward: your knowledge and experience really helped.

GoogleJust reported jobs that were required on a rental property and spoke to a very flippant woman who continuously called me by the wrong name and called me back to be abusive then hung up.

Good afternoon Mr Edwards, please could you let me know the name of the lady you spoke to and the property it was regarding so that we can investigate? Has the property problem now been resolved? Kind regards Elliott Hooper-Nash Director
