GoogleGreat experience with Jeffrey Ross so far. Sarah and Bertie were lovely to deal with over the phone. Ramzy and Amanda were extremely helpful, both pre and post offer. Highly recommended.

GoogleOur Estate Agent Ryan was very welcoming and informative which helped with the move. We agreed terms and paid the retainer on the house before even viewing, solely going off the videos and pictures provided online. This for me made me feel quite anxious about the move as I’m much more of a ‘touch, feel and see’ kinda guy when it comes to purchasing products and services but Ryan’s knowledge of the property details, past tenants and landlord made these worries soon fade away.

We were immediately impressed - not only was the tour professional and concise, but Jon took the time to speak to and get to know us, and made sure that our situation and needs were discussed and that our questions were answered in detail. I was thoroughly impressed - as someone new to the area, it was easy to see that Jeffrey Ross and Jon are high quality estate agents in this area, and I would absolutely hope to work with them again. Google- Cancelled viewings on the day they were due to take place. - One-line text messages to cancel with no explanation or apology. - Phone system is not fit for purpose, 3 attempts to speak to somebody in the right office. - We have decided not to book to view any more properties with this company as we only have so much annual leave to waste on them.

Good afternoon Mr Kennedy, apologies in the delay in coming back to you. I would just like to apologise for your experience. Our llanishen office has to close for 3 weeks due to technical difficulties with our internet. As our phones are teams based following the last lock down is why you were unable to get through other than the divert setup to the other 3 branches. A call should have been made for which I apologise. The only reason we would need to cancel a viewing would be if the property went under offer, was Let or if our client couldn’t keep to the appointment. Regards Elliott Hooper-Nash

GoogleArrived at a viewing and was told the front garden was up for sale separately. Myself and other potential buyers we’re very confused as it was not at all clear in the listing, nor had it been brought up during initial conversations with the agent. Poor, unprofessional approach. Purely to generate interest by being deceptive. We also had to chase just to get a viewing after logging our interest. Would not use

Sadly I have to disagree with your comments as it was clearly outlined in the opening paragraph as well as the bullet points and floor-plan showing the planning permission for the adjoining plot, which was reflected in the value. GoogleI recently sold my property with JeffreyRoss and I was so impressed with the whole experience - from the first valuation through to the handy online system to keep track of viewings and feedback, and then the responsive team (especially Sarah B) who were always ready to answer questions as the process went through. I'm really pleased I chose to go with them and would definitely recommend them.
