We have used Jan Forster estates to sell a number of properties over the years, but with the last sale they really did excel themselves. The service was exemplary, supportive, proactive, positive, quick and the team were always kind, friendly and polite when speaking on the phone or over email. In particular the team at the High Heaton branch in Newcastle are outstanding, I can't say enough about how utterly brilliant they were. They try to convey that they care but are very misleading. A disaster from the start on the sale of our house. Also for a whole day they were unobtainable on the phone. Do not use Jan ForsterNegativeResponsiveness, Value

Dishonest estate agent who lies to buyers about other offers to increase your bids. If you are considering making an offer on a house I would check to see if the house is listed under another EA first to avoid the hassle, if not be firm with them and try to deal with the seller direct

Absolutely disgusted with the appalling service from Jan Forster Estates! They have managed a rental property for several years, and now the latest tenant has moved out leaving quite a bit of debit. Despite numerous calls, emails and visits to Jan Forster estates, they have so far failed to send proof of tenancy to the company demanding WE pay the tenants debits. It’s now at the point where one company is commencing legal action against us simply because Jan Forster Estates haven’t sent the paperwork across. As it’s a fully managed service we should NEVER have had to deal ANY of with this!!!!!!

From Gerald the valuer who came to give me honest sales advice based on an obvious great knowledge of local property market, through Eddie and Andrew pushing suitable, well matched viewers my way and onto Marilyn in the Sales Progression team.
