GoogleBuying and selling a house is so stressful but From start to finish this wonderful professional team have been so helpful and understanding . Isabella always polite when I rang to speak to one of the team and nothing was to much trouble .I was so lucky to start the journey of buying a new house, to be shown around my potential new home by Karen , from that moment this understanding lady helped me get through what is a very stressful time , I carnt thank her enough. If I was asked to mark this low fell team out of ten then ten plus it is . Thank you so much 🏡

GoogleI would unreservedly recommend this business to anyone looking for a lettings company that will genuinely try to help you find a property in what can be a very stressful and trying experience. They gave excellent advice regarding good locations and spent a lot of time and effort listening to our requirements. They found us a perfect property match. When we are looking to buy in the area we will use them again. Three cheers for `Bella` and the Queen of Lettings !!!!

GoogleUsing a professional seamless team was very important to me and the Jan Forster Low Fell office delivered. From the first appointment to completion they never dropped the ball in the sale of my second home. I will be using them again in the near future as I intend to relocate my primary home too.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Jan Forsters Low Fell branch throughout the process of our house sale from start to finish. All our enquiries and concerns were dealt with quickly and phone calls always answered immediately or calls quickly returned which eased any stress associated with the process. We felt the service was personal and Karen Dowdell was especially helpful often going way beyond normal expectations with help and advice. I would recommend Jan Forsters without hesitation.

GoogleExcellent, professional and friendly service. I have used Jan Forster(LowFell branch) for both purchasing and renting/tenant finding. Most recently Isabella assisted myself in finding a tenant for my property. I received a first class service from her and the other staff in the office. This included keeping me informed with viewings, tenant info and progress reports. I look forward to working with you again in the future and would recommend to others.

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my property today. I am very satisfied with the services provided. Agent was able to view the property promptly and pictures were advertised immediately. 11 viewings were arranged promptly and I received multiple offers and sold on the first day of viewings. I was kept informed of all key stages and staff worked promptly at resolving any issues that arose. I found this agency to be just perfect and can't thank them enough, with special thanks to Jared. Will use again when searching for my next property.

TrustpilotI wish I had read the reviews before…
I wish I had read the reviews before engaging with Jan Forster Estates as we'd not had gone near them. My daughter had a move in date a month in advance from them, she booked her removal company etc. 1 working day before move in, the agent pulled out saying the existing tenant was no longer moving out. Something not right about the whole thing, it stinks!

TrustpilotLiterally the worst company ever
Would honestly give them zero stars if I could. Not sure where to start. Probably the worst letting agency I have dealt with. For a start we were left without hot water for 6 days. Kept getting told the engineers were busy. Even though the law is to not be left longer than 24 hours.Barely respond to maintenance reports unless you constantly go on at them. They never get anything fixed. There was a window that needed fixed that never got sorted. The bath was leaking water from the overflow and it took 3 engineers to fix it… Not really sure why it was such an issue. They just don’t seem to care at all.Now that I’ve moved out. It’s been well over the time for them to get my deposit back and I still haven’t heard from them. Even after asking multiple times.I have been told I would get that information yesterday. But don’t be daft, of course I haven’t.So I’m having to take this further.Honestly don’t know how they are still functioning as a company.AWFUL. Avoid if you want to rent somewhere stress free.
