GoogleGreat service from a very friendly and helpful team! I was cutting it fine to find somewhere to live in the area, but Isabella and the team did a fantastic job of doing all they could to assist. Of particular note was how well they accommodated when I needed to bring forward my moving in date. The whole thing just went so smoothly. Thanks all very much!

GoogleWe have worked with Jan Forster, Low Fell for many years for both lettings and sales, and have always found the staff, in particular, Sharon, Bella, Karen and Gerard to be helpful, professional and friendly. Bella, the apprentice, is a rising star and an asset to the business and has a customer service attitude well above the level you would expect of an apprentice.

GoogleJan Foster Low Fell Office : High Quality Service We are part way through our buying of a property through Jan Foster and Belle and Karen and the rest of the team have bene extremely helpful, attentive and supportive. We are first time buyers and Jan Fosters have kept in touch with us during our searches: sending us properties right for us and even having a personal touch to know what we may go for. Now we have found our home they have continued their professional and personal touch with calls and correspondence to keep up updated but also keeping the vendor aware of our position so everyone is happily moving forward. Would highly recommend Belle and the Team at Jan Foster for your move.

GoogleJan Forster have helped us with a property we have just purchased in the Low Fell area. Their service was outstanding and in particular, Karen (branch manager) was beyond helpful. She was always at the other end of an email and replied swiftly. I asked a few times to view the property once our offer had been accepted and she happily let me gain access to the property. I’d definitely recommend Jan Forsters.

GooglePoor service. The viewing time of property is limited to 15min only and the agent always urged you to view quickly. Once the offer is accepted, the agency was not responsive and did not give accurate information about the seller, owner of the property, etc., which largely delayed the exchange and communication process. Meanwhile, the selling negotiator was working part time and there was no other agent to respond to emails, deal with calls during the the rest three working days. It took me five months to wait and do the survey and finally the exchange was not proceeded. It's always the buyer who chased up the agent. Avoid using this agency. It will waste your time and money!!!

Conveniently forgot to pay rent to tlandlord account.I only noticed 2 weeks later when the account was overdrawn. Called them and they had no idea. Not the first issue I've had with this company and I'm sure it won't be the last. Will be taking my business elsewhere when tenancy comes up fior renewal.
