GoogleJames Laurence sales and lettings Edgbaston have been brilliant!! with the sale of my house. Reece and Athina where professional and courteous from start to finish making the process so smooth and easy. Reece dealing with viewings and negotiations made this a painless experience and then Athina was amazing chasing solicitors and all parties involved creating a quick and efficient completion. I have already recommended them to others.

GoogleIt's quite a task hunting for a property to rent in a new city. But thanks to James Laurence the entire process has been extremely smooth for me. I would specifically mention my agent, Mr Matt Tench. He is extremely helpful and efficient. Right from viewing the property to my paperwork, everything was handled really well by him. I will strongly recommend him and JL to others.

GoogleAs a student it is quite hard to find a private property for rent but James Laurence went above and beyond to provide me with my dream apartment! I would especially like to highlight my agent Mattias Tench who was absolutely lovely and made the paperwork process very fast and efficient. Would use their services again in the future.

GoogleWe are landlords who have recently changed from a large letting agency in Birmingham to James Lawrence. Their attention to detail and customer care is perfect. In particular, we have been dealing with Matt but all the team are excellent. The team is always obliging and let our city centre flat in about a day. The last agents took 4 months. We are also using them to sell a property and found them equally impressive . Wish we had changed years ago.

GoogleAfter aborted efforts with a couple of local agents, and interviews with several others, I decided to go with James Lawrence. Mattias Tench looked after us. I felt James Lawrence knew the market and were familiar with our apartment block. Mattias interviewed prospective tenants for the apartment we were seeking to let. I took his advice on the people he thought suitable. Mattias got it so right. He found the perfect tenants for which I am so grateful. He could not have done better than that. And I know that I can always contact him should I need advice
