GoogleI recently brought a property (STC) through James Laurence. Reece Parkinson, who managed my sale, was incredibly supportive and responsive from the first viewing right the way through the process. What I particularly appreciated was his open and honest nature as well as his level of support as the process can be a little daunting as a first time buyer. I would certainly recommend others to use James Laurence based on the positive experience I had with Reece.

Melissa Wilson really helped me to get into the property within a short period of time which was highly needed for me as I was really struggling in a service apartment with a small child with me. Initially renting in Birmingham City Centre, buying my first property in the Jewellery Quarter, renting out my property and selling another. In every part of this process they've been excellent! GoogleWe chose James Laurence to market and sell our apartment in the jewellery quarter, partly on the basis of the excellent online reviews. Safe to say the reviews are fully justified. Henry and Reece have delivered an outstanding service - they are very enthusiastic and attentive and have kept us updated as to progress, viewings etc throughout. We have never had to chase them on anything - they are proactive and clearly self-motivated. They have managed the process extremely professionally and we have already recommended them to a friend to use.

I would like to particularly mention Charlie Rogers who was put in a challenging situation by one of her colleagues from another branch who let me down. He worked really hard following the sale through the often painful conveyancing process that is still stuck in the dark ages! keeping me fully informed throughout.
