GoogleWe had a positive experience selling our flat with Lee, Sophie and Athina at James Laurence. The team had put our property on the market, generated five viewings and four offers within 10 days. Lee and Sophie demonstrated knowledged and insight about the area, communicated well and worked quickly to secure the offer. Athina worked tirelessly in progressing the sale and offered helpful suggestions to speed things along. We would recommend James Laurence to owners looking to sell.

GoogleI did my research when picking a letting agent to rent out a flat. Dealt with Emily and Reece. Great service throughout and highly recommend. Not your usual rogue agent, where they will rent a place out to pretty much anyone, so that they receive a commission. Prospective tenants scrutinised and best suited recommended. Trusted business 👍🏾

GoogleRecently sold my property with James Laurence Estate Agents, and I was very pleased with the service I got from Andy and the team at the Edgbaston office. The property was quickly and expertly marketed, with good local knowledge of the market, and it sold very quickly. Athina was a big help with the after sales service, helping both parties to get the deal done with a minimum of fuss. Would be happy to use them again.

GoogleHad a fantastic experience with James Laurence Estate agents throughout the purchase of my new property. The Edgbaston team are simply great. Reece in particular, handled everything for me, kept me up to date and informed, basically nothing was too much trouble. I found everyone in the office unbelievably helpful, from telephone advice to arranging convenient visits. Keep up the good work guys!

GoogleI wanted to thank Athina & Andy. They helped us a lot when our property was for sale with them. In between we changed our mind to take property out of market because of the current situation. We also wanted to thank Emily as well to measure the property & to take photos. We would definitely approach them again if we wanted to put the property again for sale. Many thanks to all the staff at the branch who helped us.
