GoogleI just moved to the UK so this was my first flat scouting. My wife will bring our dog in February, so it was a huge restriction as landlords won't usually accept pets. Melissa and JL team found a great place for us and arranged with the landlord to accept our dog. They always were available to answer any question and provided guidance to complete the full process and now I have happily moved in.

GoogleWe have just completed a sale of a Birmingham City Centre property with Henry Crane, of James Lawrence Estate Agents. Having bought and sold numerous properties over the last few years, we have had a lot of dealings with various estate agents. I can honestly say that Henry has been outstanding, he has kept us up to date and chased all parties in a timely manner. He is a true professional and I could not recommend him or indeed this company enough, they have certainly got the edge on any competition.

GoogleOverall, I have to admit the experience was rather mixed. During the middle of our tenancy, we were disappointed and frustrated with having to wait around 3 months for the boiler to be fixed during the winter….miscommunications with plumbers/contractors James Laurence sent in on different visits, never really fixing the problem. Eventually it was deemed that the boiler had to be replaced altogether. Once that was resolved, it was smooth sailing. Charlie Rogers also took over as our point of contact and things went a lot smoother. She had a very friendly demeanour and is a good asset to the company.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through James Laurence Estate and have had an excellent experience through out. Mattias Trench showed me round the property and he was nothing but professional and understanding. The flat wasn’t from his normal office as it was in the city centre, but you could tell he had done his research. The viewing wasn’t rushed and Matt explained the whole process if I wanted to go forward. Throughout the whole process Matt has been there to explain things and keep the ball rolling on my tenancy. Would highly recommend going through James Laurence.

GoogleJames Laurence are absolutely amazing, and the experience and service that I've had from Melissa and Charlie in particular has been perfect. They have both taken the time to make sure everything was organized for me, answer any questions that I've had at any time, they are always helpful and friendly, and I don't imagine it's always an easy job that they do, but they are just amazing and I wanted to say thank you for being so kind and helpful. I have both personal and professional experience working with James Laurence, and I have recommended them to everyone possible, as the team are so professional and attentive.

He was very efficient in finding us an appropriate property and in negotiating with the vendor for us. He kept us well informed throughout the process and always returned calls or e mails when requested to do so.
