We sold our property with James Laurence. Sophie and Sam were professional, very responsive and helpful. Their local knowledge and experience selling in the vicinity was hugely beneficial. After some initial issues and a reshuffle, Sophie and Sam quickly found us a buyer, progressed the sale smoothly and got us over the line. We’re relocating, but if we were selling in Birmingham again we’d probably use James Laurence once more.

I have recently sold a flat through James Laurence. They provide an online portal for sellers to monitor viewings and offers from potential buyers which is very convenient. Really great experience with the team. Henry and Sam have all been great from day 1. Henry was incredibly helpful from the start to the completion, helping me go through the stressful process of selling a leasehold flat. Extremely professional and friendly, very quick responses. Highly recommended!

Have had issues with this agency from day 1 but recent experiences with them have been outrageous and customer service people hanging up on you while you are in the middle of your question (and then refusing to admit it happened) is not an approach I’d expect from a letting agent.

Hello There.. I find one property help of them. My tenant contract is 6 months and 3 months past but still they are not solving my primary issue. I'm really disappoint with this type of work thins things take minimum one or two week but they took 3 months my half contcrt is already past and they are not serious to solve my apartment’s maitainance issue.
