FacebookWe sold our house recently through In House, and were very happy with them. Ryan and Kat were both really helpful with my (rather many) questions. Poor Ryan had to attend many visits, with general viewings, 2 surveys, and a builder regarding some future work, bless him, but was always happy and cheerful. It's always going to be a bit of a stressful experience, which it was, even though it was really quite straightforward, but both Kat and Ryan were very reassuring throughout. Thanks guys! 😁

GoogleWe were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled our constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this such a positive experience. We would whole heartily recommend anyone thinking about selling a house in the area to talk to Phil and his great team!

FacebookFirst class service, well informed and connected staff, all in the office knew what was going on, so no misinformation. Good advice and sale achieved, what more could one ask? were i to ever move again I would use them, but I do plan on moving ever, however i would happily recommend them as a great estate agents.

we were well pleased with the service and support we received from In-House. It did not matter who answered the phone, the whole team knew what was going on and were able to keep us updated. They provided a first class service, and although I have no intention of moving again, i would recommend In-House to anyone, in fact I have already recommended them to my in-laws.

Ryan was our main man and was the ultimate blend of professionalism, efficiency and caring. He co-ordinated everything perfectly; chased solicitors, negotiated on our behalf for our new apartment (to our finanacial advantage), and helped out with a removal company when ours could not meet the completion date. He even came round in person late on a Friday when he couldn't get through on the phone and wanted to make sure we had the offer. for the weekend. Ryan frequently got involved beyond his responsibilties to make sure things happened. The whole team though were great and nothing was too much trouble.

After looking at a property we had found through Inhouse but it not being quite right for our family, as soon as one became available Dawn called to tell me that a property had become available that was more suited to us and arranged a viewing. As I was moving from quite far dawn ensured she spoke to me regularly on the phone keeping me updated etc. I cannot fault anything about whole process and the way we have been looked after and I know Dawn is only a phone call away if I need any advise.

Tenant; I have had the pleasure of having Dawn as my estate agent for the last 2 years and cannot praise her highly enough. She showed me round the property on the day of my initial enquiry and I moved in within 1 week. She inspects the property regularly and even managed to argue my case for no annual increase this year. Best agent I have had as a tenant.

GoogleAfter a year of trying to sell our house, we have finally done it! Inhouse were our third estate agent and I wish we'd used them a year ago. They were always efficient, on the ball, good with advice, communication was 100% and at no time did I feel they have not earned their money! Without them we would not have been able to make the sale, and they coped with delays and hurdles in the chain that most people would've given up on. They fought on and we are delighted its all done now. With especial thanks to Jamie, and also Phillip and everyone else in the Inhouse Didcot Team.

FacebookWe bought our house recently through In House and they were brilliant. Phil was our main point of contact and he couldn’t have been more helpful. When things were getting tricky and tiresome he remained positive and went out of his way to sort things out that were not even his responsibility. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a long time but if we did I would definitely use in house.thank you.

The agents we had the most contact with were Ryan & Mike at the Wallingford office and they were really helpful, honest, patient & reliable. i would also recommend using the solicitor that Ryan suggested for the conveyancing, he was always quick to reply to our queries and works outside of usual office hours. He met with us on a Saturday at the Wallingford office to go through paperwork..
