I put my property with In House on 2nd September 2021. Over the course of 4 days there were 10 viewers. I had asked for only proceedable buyers but when the negotiators were asked who the people were they admitted that some were not even on the market but if they were interested they would put their house up for sale (with them I suspect). I cancelled the agreement within the 14 days allowed and paid a fee to do so. I still do not know who viewed the house as their list of people differed to mine. When I cancelled I was assured that they would cease marketing my property and had 'diarised' removing my details. Four days after this I passed their window display and my home was still in the window.

They are very good!!

Very happy that we chose Inhouse to sell our property. We had several estate agents view our house. Decided to go with Inhouse as they have good local knowledge with in my view better photos of the properties on websites. My confidence was quickly rewarded with selling the property within 48 hrs and at a price other estate agents said was unlikely. Very efficient and extremely patient agent

Used Inhouse before with the purchasing of my property a while back, but had to relocate for work purposes. I decided to use their service again. Really impressed with their service. I needed to have my house sold and the process (sale and purchase) completed within 3 months. I was also in a long chain. Inhouse was upfront with me in getting the process through in three months, which I appreciated. Still, they were able to find me a buyer, coordinate the chain (solicitors and other agents) to completion in less than 3 months! Very happy with their service and would not hesitate in using their service again. Thank you Inhouse!

Looked after us as though we were family.

Ryan was our main man and was the ultimate blend of professionalism, efficiency and caring. He co-ordinated everything perfectly; chased solicitors, negotiated on our behalf for our new apartment (to our finanacial advantage), and helped out with a removal company when ours could not meet the completion date. He even came round in person late on a Friday when he couldn't get through on the phone and wanted to make sure we had the offer. for the weekend. Ryan frequently got involved beyond his responsibilties to make sure things happened. The whole team though were great and nothing was too much trouble.

Wow Brilliant House sale

From the moment I called to ask for a valuation I was impressed with their response, I called 2 other agencies who were just as good when it came to sending someone out to value our home but In House sent Jamie and he was absolutely lovely. Jamie was thoughtful and not pushy (and even offered to come in and let our dog out before any potential buyers came to look at the property).He did say that he could sell our home for the top end of the asking price and that is exactly what he did within 24 hours of looking at our home. Even before he had taken photos or put the house on the official market site. Jamie knew his market and set about selling straight away. In House arranged for us to meet with a solicitor at their offices at a time convenient for us and kept us in the loop all the way through the sale. Friendly and professional

We contacted In House because many of the properties in our area had been successfully sold through them, and we have to admit that their quirky 'Too Late' sold signs had caught our eye. Our agent was highly-professional and friendly from our first meeting, and kept us in the loop throughout. They were also able to recommend a local conveyancer, who visits the office on Saturdays, and who worked out well for us. There was a slight miscommunication around the time of exchanging contracts, which was a bit nervy, but all was soon resolved with the help of another agent in the office.

An authentic and positive team

The In House team felt very much like a team and everyone we dealt with was consistently friendly, authentic and reliable with our best interests at heart. A highly professional estate agent that you can truly trust

We initially found a house that we wanted to purchase which was via another estate agent in the town. After talking to a few estate agents in the town we thankfully chose In-House to sell our property. In-House sold our house on the first day it went on to the market which was quite amazing considering other estate agents were telling us they had no contacts within the town as they weren't established enough.! Call it what you will, intuition, six sense etc, but we were so glad that we chose In-House as we could never have foreseen the issues that we would experience over the next 10 months in connection with our onward chain. Half way through this experience our buyer decided to pull out 2 days before Christmas with our house half packed in anticipation that we were going to complete. Again In-House kept the whole situation calm, and again sold our property the same day! Now we thought we'd be on the homeward stretch, but all I can say is, two further buyers pulling out further up the chain I started to think this was never meant to be, but again In-House dealt with the whole situation extremely professionally and kept us fully up to date every step of the way. Jamie went that extra mile by ringing all parties concerned e.g. solicitors, other estate agents and even government bodies in order to keep the whole thing on track. In fact the whole In-House team were extremely helpful, especially Phil, oh and Gill whom I seemed to speak to every day! If you are in any dealt as to which estate agent to choose then I would highly recommend that you choose In-House who I know will support you through this experience whilst remaining extremely professional and understanding, and making this particular journey a whole lot less stressful than it needs to be. Sale of Property via Didcot Branch

Just completed the sale of my property in Didcot, using the In House Didcot office. The whole process was managed very well from initial evaluation through to viewings and subsequent sale. Enthusiastic, friendly, and the lowest fees available!

The Didcot team at Inhouse took time to give me good advise about selling my property. They set the estimate high and were patient and persistent while the house was on the market. They kept me informed while they took many clients to view and encouraged me to wait rather than rush for a sale at any price. Eventually I got the best price estimated by three other estate agents in the town. I am very happy with the outcome.
