GoogleHaving never sold a house before I was extremely dubious of the part estate agents played in the process and had only ever heard negatives. In House sold our house from start to finish in 2 months. Their service was of the highest standard and I found all the staff extremely helpful and professional. They had a good knowledge of the area and a fresh, realistic approach. Thus we followed their advice and were successful in selling at a time when many houses seem to be sitting around.

GoogleJon has been amazing! Me and my partner wanted to rent a flat for awhile but didn’t know much about the whole process! Jon talked us through the whole process and had quick replies to emails and got us viewing the flat we have now the next day after inquiring! GoogleWe would recommend In House especially Charlie who is the most patient person i have ever met. He kept on top of things through the most stressful times. He was always professional, calm and always kept in touch and was always on the end of the phone whenever we had questions. He even kept in touch when we was on leave which we truly appreciated. GoogleWe recently used In House for our house sale and found them to be extremely professional throughout the whole process. We had a lot of interest in a difficult market and eventually found the right buyer. Communication was great at all time, not only chasing our buyer but often appeasing our seller further up the line. Charlie was great and very patient with us, the rest of the team were also very supportive. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe chose to go with In House to sell because they had impressed us when we bought a house that was on with them. The team have been terrific helping my brother and I organise the sale of my late Mums property. We’ve had regular communication throughout, and they’ve guided us sensitively through what is quite a tumultuous time. We are really happy with them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
