We had a really positive experience with the 'In House' team. Special mention for Charlie who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and really helped to put us at ease as first time buyers. We ended up purchasing a house through another agent in a different area but would still recommend them.

I used In House for the first time recently to find new tenants for 2 of our properties. The service has been very good, very professional. Jon found us a selection of prospective tenants, who were all lovely. So us having to choose was the hardest part. I would definitely use their services again.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Charlie was exceptional selling our house, very knowledgeable and helpful. In House were great to deal with throughout the process. They were always friendly, helpful, responsive and kept us well informed. They were also incredibly patient when things were delayed due to a probate issue. Very knowledgable of local markets too.

Leah was super friendly and helpful working with us to find a place to rent. Her replies were really prompt and she went out her way to make sure our questions and queries were answered, which was a completely different experience compared with some other estate agents we worked with in the same area / time frame. I use Inhouse to rent my property and the service is excellent, most of that is down to Jon Pepper who has the best customer service I've ever come across. The other staff are always so polite and go out of their way to help and Kat has been really helpful of late too. Communication for me is so important as a customer and Inhouse make sure you are kept in the loop with everything and always contact you back when they say they will. They have helped me so much through this last year with advice and support going over and above. I would use them everytime and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!
