GoogleIn house had done an excellent job of managing the rental of my house so when I decided to sell they were the natural choice. Everyting went well with the sale being completed within 4 months at the asking price . The only negative point was someone, presumably with their consent such as a surveyor, left the patio door wide open on a visit.

The photography was excellent and having gone on the market in early December, the house was sold on 11th January. They kept us informed throughout and all the staff were aware of what was happening when we had a query. The whole process was very smooth and we can’t thank them enough. Would thoroughly recommend.
