From the initial contact, InHouse have been professional, friendly and helpful. Luke took me to 3 houses and was very knowledgeable but above all, honest. I trusted that he knew what he was talking about. After falling in love with one of the properties, my partner and I decided to buy. We were then given Jamie who has been fantastic! He showed us around the property again and gave us advice regarding our purchase. We have just exchanged and I can honestly say the whole process has been surprisingly stress free and I know that this is largely down to the InHouse team. We were always informed of what was going on and had several calls to keep us in the loop. Last year, we were in the middle of buying a flat with a well known estate agents. Looking back now and comparing the two makes me realise how lucky we've been. Update: Review still stands but just want to alert people to avoid going with suggested solicitors/removals. Agreed to use solicitors and ended up with a considerably higher invoice than what was originally quoted and agreed on call. Removals was triple the price of any other quotes so definitely didnt use.

When we decided to sell our house, having never been through it before, We had the preconception estate agents were all the same and not to be trusted. In House are nothing like that! We can not recommend them enough and would never consider using another agent if we decide to move again! Jamie and Luke were just fantastic and not only sold our house in just over a week when other houses for sale via other agents around us were stagnating, but they guided us through every step of the process and truly it felt like they cared! On top of that, whoever We recommended to them, found them self with a sold property within days and found themselves equally as impressed as we have been. If you want to buy or sell a home Inhouse are definitely The Estate Agent to use. Jamie and Luke were our contacts and to call them The dynamic duo is not strong enough. No problem was too big for them. They never gave up. Just selling your house was not good enough for them, they persevered until they got the best price. All the staff at Inhouse were happy to help never forgetting to pass on messages and information. They made everything as stress free as they possibly could for us.

We have just bought our first family home with the help of Inhouse and we couldn’t be happier. It was not a completely straightforward purchase but Jamie kept us informed at all times and was always ready to help or answer questions. Very personal service with little added touches of Phil allowing the kids to help measure/take photos of our property. I used Inhouse before for a purchase a while ago, but need to relocated. Because of my positive experience with them, I decided to used them to help sell my house. Again, really impressed with their service. Very efficient and responsive. I needed to have the whole process of selling my house and purchasing completed within 3 months. Because I was in a long chain, they were honest with me about the prospects of going to completion for the entire chain within 3 months. They kept me updated, and help coordinate the chain and solicitors. The sale (from finding a buyer) to completion took just less than three months! Used Inhouse before with the purchasing of my property a while back, but had to relocate for work purposes. I decided to use their service again. Really impressed with their service. I needed to have my house sold and the process (sale and purchase) completed within 3 months. I was also in a long chain. Inhouse was upfront with me in getting the process through in three months, which I appreciated. Still, they were able to find me a buyer, coordinate the chain (solicitors and other agents) to completion in less than 3 months! Poor Ryan had to attend many visits, with general viewings, 2 surveys, and a builder regarding some future work, bless him, but was always happy and cheerful. We were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled our constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. We as tenants were very pleased with how Dawn helped us find a property. After looking at a property we had found through Inhouse but it not being quite right for our family, as soon as one became available Dawn called to tell me that a property had become available that was more suited to us and arranged a viewing. As I was moving from quite far dawn ensured she spoke to me regularly on the phone keeping me updated etc. I cannot fault anything about whole process and the way we have been looked after and I know Dawn is only a phone call away if I need any advise.

After a year of trying to sell our house, we have finally done it! Inhouse were our third estate agent and I wish we'd used them a year ago. They were always efficient, on the ball, good with advice, communication was 100% and at no time did I feel they have not earned their money! Without them we would not have been able to make the sale, and they coped with delays and hurdles in the chain that most people would've given up on.
