We are located in Wallingford in our brand new Property Centre. GoogleInHouse were amazing. From day one where Jamie came to perform a market valuation, with kids running about, he engaged with the kids and was kind, playful and patient - You can babysit anytime! Luke giving a lot general advice on letting and other things - Thank you And Rebecca for answering all the emails and calls and all the help when popping in for things. FacebookHaving moved from Sheffield all the way down south to Banbury I was nervous about moving to a new life and a new place. Luckily for me Jon at In House Lettings was there for me and my partner right from the start. The first house we saw wasn't quite right for us, but that didn't stop Jon from finding the right home for us. Fast forward one year on and we're now moving on to pastures new from a place that has provided us with such comfort and solidarity during one of the craziest years to date. GoogleWhilst I didnt use them to sell my property, I would definitely in the future because theway they were with me as a potential buyer was how I would want them to be. They were responsive, helpful, professional, turned up to viewings on time and when a house that had previously sold came back online, they knew i was interested and contacted me to tell me, something other agents failed to do. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

GoogleAppalling service, more interested in lining their own pockets than providing a customer facing service. Two letters of complaint, neither of which answered my concerns, since taken legal advice and Inhouse are potentially facing a conflict of interests. Have taken my business elsewhere and receiving a much better service, I would advise others to do the same. I find that amusing how you deny knowledge of providing a service for me but were quick enough to take my money. I also note that you have a used that same tactic on every negative review, don’t you think this is wearing a little thin now? With regards to discussing the issues surrounding the services you provide, you had ample opportunity to respond to my previous letters of complaint but failed. I suggest you check your records a little more thoroughly, or have they mysteriously disappeared after your staff have left? You consistently failed to provide a service for which you were paid for and put others at risk by your failings. I would advice prospective customers to be very wary of using Inhouse Estate agents.

Quite the contrary, we are always pleased to provide "customer facing service" and invite you to a meeting at a time to suit you, where we could learn how we have upset you and indeed who you actually are? GoogleIt has been a absolute pleasure dealing with Jamie and Luke at In-house. They have from start to finish been professional, honest and their proactive approach to their work has helped enormously in the process of selling our house. It has been refreshing to deal with a team of people who clearly feel passionate about what they do and where they work. The support and contact they provide from the point of an offer being accepted to the point of exchange has been second to none and in my experience separates them from other estate agents that I have used in the past. GoogleWould give a 0 star if I could, the worst estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of using, worse than student lettings. We rented from them for 2 years & the way we were treated was awful. In House are disorganised, dishonest and disgraceful. They lost our personal data, which has been reported to GDPR, didn't treat us fairly and tried to rip us off of £500 at checkout without any proof or quotes given to us, thank god for the DPS scheme (that's without them trying to steal my friends agency fees when they were at fault). I have no idea how they have so many 5* reviews. Bandits and cowboys!

GoogleWe were first shown around a selection of properties with Phil who was very enthusiastic and easy to connect with, as well as being openly honest and helpful with what to look for in a property (great as we were first time buyers). Jamie then dealt with the purchase side of things with us and again was extremely helpful and ensuring a smooth transaction and kept us up to date throughout the process as well as answering any of our many questions. All in all a pleasurable experience with no issues as all!

GoogleIn house had the best range of properties in the area when I was looking for a functional short term home , tidy and low cost. In-house showed me houses that were all exactly meeting my criteria and unlike some agents they didn't waste my time with viewings of houses that were priced slightly higher than I wanted to pay with sellers not willing to discount. They also managed the sales process well keeping the seller updated when I had an unexpected delay with the mortgage paperwork. They know the local market well are personable and honest in their approach and I would certainly trust them to sell a property on my behalf professionally in the future.

GoogleThe whole team at In House are super friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with the complexities of a house move. They didn't just post our property on the internet and hope for the best, they use their contacts and actively got our house sold within a week. Fantastic service and willing to work with you rather than giving the usual estate agent chat and ego. Definitely recommend for a comfortable experience.
