Jamie and Phil at In House have been a joy to work with. Throughout the process they called and emailed so we knew what was happening every step of the way, even in the quiet periods when the solicitors were doing their thing. We managed to close on the house we loved within 9 weeks which has made the whole thing even more of a pleasure. I would recommend In House to anyone. Very honest, very high touch and no BS! A great service.

How often these days are we able to report outstanding service in all respects, especially if you are not the one who is paying the bill? I have just moved away from Didcot however, I have to say the way the In House team managed the sale of my property was excellent. Always keeping me informed, agreeing a sale within the first two weeks of being on the market was great and I was notified at all stages during the selling process which was a massive help as I had never done this before. Currently still in the process of moving but the In-house team have been great in helping with the whole process of selling our house by being excellent middle man when solicitors weren't talking to one another and seemed to know better than anyone what was going on. Poor service, my solicitor had to do most of the work to get the house sold, as they didn’t do it. I was also buying through them and they tried to increase my offer after it was accepted! Would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they want to deal with selling your home and cause un due stress

I put my property with In House on 2nd September 2021. Over the course of 4 days there were 10 viewers. I had asked for only proceedable buyers but when the negotiators were asked who the people were they admitted that some were not even on the market but if they were interested they would put their house up for sale (with them I suspect). I cancelled the agreement within the 14 days allowed and paid a fee to do so. I still do not know who viewed the house as their list of people differed to mine. When I cancelled I was assured that they would cease marketing my property and had 'diarised' removing my details. Four days after this I passed their window display and my home was still in the window.
