After a year of trying to sell our house, we have finally done it! Inhouse were our third estate agent and I wish we'd used them a year ago. They were always efficient, on the ball, good with advice, communication was 100% and at no time did I feel they have not earned their money! Without them we would not have been able to make the sale, and they coped with delays and hurdles in the chain that most people would've given up on. They fought on and we are delighted its all done now. With especial thanks to Jamie, and also Phillip and everyone else in the Inhouse Didcot Team.

Many thanks to Ryan and the team for all your help selling Dad's house. At normally a a stressful time you all made the whole experience simple. Viewings were all advised to us, followed by a call to let us know how it went. We also had a weekly update call to keep us advised. Following quite a few viewings the property was sold in about three weeks, which was amazing and due I feel due to the honest marketing and very professional sales team. Wow Brilliant House sale

From the moment I called to ask for a valuation I was impressed with their response, I called 2 other agencies who were just as good when it came to sending someone out to value our home but In House sent Jamie and he was absolutely lovely. Jamie was thoughtful and not pushy (and even offered to come in and let our dog out before any potential buyers came to look at the property).He did say that he could sell our home for the top end of the asking price and that is exactly what he did within 24 hours of looking at our home. Even before he had taken photos or put the house on the official market site. Jamie knew his market and set about selling straight away. In House arranged for us to meet with a solicitor at their offices at a time convenient for us and kept us in the loop all the way through the sale. We were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled my constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this whole experience such a good one!

We used In House to sell our flat recently. Dealing with Ryan, Mike and everyone else was easy, they were always available or if not, would call back if requested. The buyers mortgage company was a little awkward with a few things which caused stress when selling a property but everyone at In House would keep us up to date with everything that happened and would chase things up for us without needing to be asked. We had a deadline which we wanted to work towards, Mike and Ryan were always pushing for this with buyers and solicitors and because of their persistence, we completed before our deadline. A highly professional estate agent that you can truly trust

We initially found a house that we wanted to purchase which was via another estate agent in the town. After talking to a few estate agents in the town we thankfully chose In-House to sell our property. In-House sold our house on the first day it went on to the market which was quite amazing considering other estate agents were telling us they had no contacts within the town as they weren't established enough.! Call it what you will, intuition, six sense etc, but we were so glad that we chose In-House as we could never have foreseen the issues that we would experience over the next 10 months in connection with our onward chain. Half way through this experience our buyer decided to pull out 2 days before Christmas with our house half packed in anticipation that we were going to complete. Again In-House kept the whole situation calm, and again sold our property the same day! Now we thought we'd be on the homeward stretch, but all I can say is, two further buyers pulling out further up the chain I started to think this was never meant to be, but again In-House dealt with the whole situation extremely professionally and kept us fully up to date every step of the way. Jamie went that extra mile by ringing all parties concerned e.g. solicitors, other estate agents and even government bodies in order to keep the whole thing on track. In fact the whole In-House team were extremely helpful, especially Phil, oh and Gill whom I seemed to speak to every day! If you are in any dealt as to which estate agent to choose then I would highly recommend that you choose In-House who I know will support you through this experience whilst remaining extremely professional and understanding, and making this particular journey a whole lot less stressful than it needs to be. Thank you In-House ps we're now in our new home!
