Wow Brilliant House sale

From the moment I called to ask for a valuation I was impressed with their response, I called 2 other agencies who were just as good when it came to sending someone out to value our home but In House sent Jamie and he was absolutely lovely. Jamie was thoughtful and not pushy (and even offered to come in and let our dog out before any potential buyers came to look at the property).He did say that he could sell our home for the top end of the asking price and that is exactly what he did within 24 hours of looking at our home. Even before he had taken photos or put the house on the official market site. Jamie knew his market and set about selling straight away. In House arranged for us to meet with a solicitor at their offices at a time convenient for us and kept us in the loop all the way through the sale. It was one of the quickest sales we have ever been involved in. from start to finish it was a pleasure working with IN House and Jamie and Phil. We contacted In House because many of the properties in our area had been successfully sold through them, and we have to admit that their quirky 'Too Late' sold signs had caught our eye. Our agent was highly-professional and friendly from our first meeting, and kept us in the loop throughout. They were also able to recommend a local conveyancer, who visits the office on Saturdays, and who worked out well for us. There was a slight miscommunication around the time of exchanging contracts, which was a bit nervy, but all was soon resolved with the help of another agent in the office.

Jamie and Phil at In House have been a joy to work with. Throughout the process they called and emailed so we knew what was happening every step of the way, even in the quiet periods when the solicitors were doing their thing. The In House team felt very much like a team and everyone we dealt with was consistently friendly, authentic and reliable with our best interests at heart. We were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled my constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this whole experience such a good one!

We used In House to sell our flat recently. Dealing with Ryan, Mike and everyone else was easy, they were always available or if not, would call back if requested. The buyers mortgage company was a little awkward with a few things which caused stress when selling a property but everyone at In House would keep us up to date with everything that happened and would chase things up for us without needing to be asked. We had a deadline which we wanted to work towards, Mike and Ryan were always pushing for this with buyers and solicitors and because of their persistence, we completed before our deadline. Excellent service and would highly recommend them!
