FacebookWe recently sold our house with In House and they were absolutely fantastic. If all businesses were to operate the way these guys do, things would happen a whole lot smoother! Phil, Jamie and Luke all helped along the way, with Phil getting us over the line after a somewhat stressful and drawn out push to exchange. They had on many occasions gone above and beyond to help keep the sale on track, of which we are so very grateful. If you are after a welcoming, knowledgeable, investing estate agent then In-House are the ones for you. A massive thank you to you all. We couldn't recommend you highly enough.

GoogleWe always knew that we were going to sell our home through In-House and they didn't fail to disappoint. Very personal service with little added touches of Phil allowing the kids to help measure/take photos of our property. Once on the market, In-House arranged lots of viewings and we had accepted an offer within 2 weeks. Jamie has worked really hard on both our sale and purchase and got us the result that we both wanted. Jamie was always on hand when things got a little stressful but his constant reassurance always helped calm a situation. Thank you for all your help! Brett and Claire

One thing I didn't appreciate as someone who hasn't gone through this before is that it is way more stressful than people say - that's not to do with In House though, it's just the nature of the beast. I would happily recommend them to anyone else wanting to sell on ??

Hi Guys! Wanted to leave a testimonial and show appreciation. Recently sold our beautiful cottage under the careful, professional and friendly guidance of Inhouse Estate Agents. Communication has been excellent throughout; we would receive useful feedback following every viewing. Adam or Ryan would call us every week with an update and talk through the popularity of our house online this was excellerated as Inhouse often made our house a ‘featured property’ on RightMove. Adam also made himself available to call or text outside of normal working hours. Always happy to help! Inhouse provided a professional service that made the process really stress-free and actually enjoyable. We had hiccups, as some house sales do, but without Adam, Steve, Ryan and Kat to guide and support us I don’t think we would have successfully moved at all! We’re now in our dream home and The Inhouse Team we instrumental in making that happen! Steve is going above and beyond and is even coming to our new house to give us some ideas on how to add value from the view of an estate agent! I'm positively certain we will use Inhouse Estate Agents again in any future property activity. I would highly recommend this hard working and passionate team!

The Orchard staff have been really proud of our record of 100% 5 star reviews since we opened, so were upset and surprised by our first 2 star one, which has now decreased our average. GoogleWe chose In House not only because they were a local, independent Company but also because of the way we were made to feel by Phil and his team, we truly felt engaged in a partnership committed to presenting and selling the home we had lived in for 10 years. Throughout the process all the In House staff were more than willing to answer our questions, gave honest and prompt feedback from viewings and were an all round pleasure to deal with. We achieved exactly the price we had hoped to achieve at the start, fees were competitive and finally I must point out that Phil makes a cracking cup of tea!! Thanks Guys, see you again

GoogleI used Inhouse before for a purchase a while ago, but need to relocated. Because of my positive experience with them, I decided to used them to help sell my house. Again, really impressed with their service. Very efficient and responsive. I needed to have the whole process of selling my house and purchasing completed within 3 months. Because I was in a long chain, they were honest with me about the prospects of going to completion for the entire chain within 3 months. They kept me updated, and help coordinate the chain and solicitors. The sale (from finding a buyer) to completion took just less than three months! Can't thank In-house enough for their highly efficient service. I highly recommend them. Thank you Inhouse.

Used Inhouse before with the purchasing of my property a while back, but had to relocate for work purposes. I decided to use their service again. Really impressed with their service. I needed to have my house sold and the process (sale and purchase) completed within 3 months. I was also in a long chain. Inhouse was upfront with me in getting the process through in three months, which I appreciated. Still, they were able to find me a buyer, coordinate the chain (solicitors and other agents) to completion in less than 3 months! Very happy with their service and would not hesitate in using their service again. Thank you Inhouse!
