GoogleA big thanks to Phil, Luke, and, in particular Jamie, for their sterling efforts in securing a sale on my former home which has a lot of precious memories. I heard good things from neighbours about In House, and I was glad that I stuck with them all through the process. The combination of being an independent agent and offering very reasonable commission rates means their service would be very difficult to match. Jamie was particularly helpful when I was trying to find a rental property in London, and gave a lot of useful and honest advice which prevented me making hasty decisions about my onward property!

FacebookMany thanks to Ryan and the team for all your help selling Dad's house. At normally a a stressful time you all made the whole experience simple. Viewings were all advised to us, followed by a call to let us know how it went. We also had a weekly update call to keep us advised. Following quite a few viewings the property was sold in about three weeks, which was amazing and due I feel due to the honest marketing and very professional sales team. Also the team kept in contact with us throughout the time up to completion and if we had any queries they were always answered promptly.I would certainly recommend In House from our experience. Many thanks again.

FacebookIn House were responsible for the sale of our house in Benson, and we cannot fault their service. We received truly professional support, whether in person or by phone, and the agents are extremely knowledgeable about the areas for which they are responsible. Our personal Estate Agent, Ryan, was an absolute delight to work with, and contacts with all other staff members were as pleasurable and effective. Having had many bad experiences in the past with the old fashioned style of estate agency, In House truly made the house selling experience as smooth and hassle free as could be possible. I would certainly use them in future and recommend them to anyone selling around Didcot and Wallingford.

GoogleIf you want to buy or sell a home Inhouse are definitely The Estate Agent to use. Jamie and Luke were our contacts and to call them The dynamic duo is not strong enough. No problem was too big for them. They never gave up. Just selling your house was not good enough for them, they persevered until they got the best price. All the staff at Inhouse were happy to help never forgetting to pass on messages and information. They made everything as stress free as they possibly could for us.

GoogleWe were first shown around a selection of properties with Phil who was very enthusiastic and easy to connect with, as well as being openly honest and helpful with what to look for in a property (great as we were first time buyers). Jamie then dealt with the purchase side of things with us and again was extremely helpful and ensuring a smooth transaction and kept us up to date throughout the process as well as answering any of our many questions. All in all a pleasurable experience with no issues as all!

GoogleThe whole team at In House are super friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with the complexities of a house move. They didn't just post our property on the internet and hope for the best, they use their contacts and actively got our house sold within a week. Fantastic service and willing to work with you rather than giving the usual estate agent chat and ego. Definitely recommend for a comfortable experience.

GoogleIn house had the best range of properties in the area when I was looking for a functional short term home , tidy and low cost. In-house showed me houses that were all exactly meeting my criteria and unlike some agents they didn't waste my time with viewings of houses that were priced slightly higher than I wanted to pay with sellers not willing to discount. They also managed the sales process well keeping the seller updated when I had an unexpected delay with the mortgage paperwork. They know the local market well are personable and honest in their approach and I would certainly trust them to sell a property on my behalf professionally in the future.

GoogleWe have just bought our first family home with the help of Inhouse and we couldn’t be happier. It was not a completely straightforward purchase but Jamie kept us informed at all times and was always ready to help or answer questions. We spent a lot of time popping in and out of the estate agents and were always greated warmly and made to feel welcome. It didn’t matter who we spoke to everyone was always very friendly and helpful. At some stage we will have to rent our house out and I would go straight to Inhouse to help us with this as I feel they provide such a good and honest service.
