GoogleAppalling service, more interested in lining their own pockets than providing a customer facing service. Two letters of complaint, neither of which answered my concerns, since taken legal advice and Inhouse are potentially facing a conflict of interests. Have taken my business elsewhere and receiving a much better service, I would advise others to do the same.
I find that amusing how you deny knowledge of providing a service for me but were quick enough to take my money. I also note that you have a used that same tactic on every negative review, don’t you think this is wearing a little thin now?
With regards to discussing the issues surrounding the services you provide, you had ample opportunity to respond to my previous letters of complaint but failed. I suggest you check your records a little more thoroughly, or have they mysteriously disappeared after your staff have left?
You consistently failed to provide a service for which you were paid for and put others at risk by your failings. I would advice prospective customers to be very wary of using Inhouse Estate agents.

I was also buying through them and they tried to increase my offer after it was accepted!
Would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they want to deal with selling your home and cause un due stress

GoogleWould give a 0 star if I could, the worst estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of using, worse than student lettings. We rented from them for 2 years & the way we were treated was awful. In House are disorganised, dishonest and disgraceful.
They lost our personal data, which has been reported to GDPR, didn't treat us fairly and tried to rip us off of £500 at checkout without any proof or quotes given to us, thank god for the DPS scheme (that's without them trying to steal my friends agency fees when they were at fault). I have no idea how they have so many 5* reviews.
