Forget all the horror stories about Estate Agents - I couldn't have asked for more from the Wallingford Inhouse team.. I found them to be efficient, really friendly, and their communication with me was fantastic.. They made the whole process far less stressful than I had ever anticipated.. They managed to sell my house within a week of it being put on the market, and above asking price. Highly recommended..

We were very fortunate to purchase a property that was being marketed through InHouse. It's thanks to the team in Wallingford, especially Mike, that everything progressed smoothly. Being kept informed throughout the whole process and with great communication between all agents involved, including solicitors, the chain kept together and we took possession of our new home in a very timely manner.

GoogleFor a first time buyer, who was pretty much in dark about the world of house buying; I found this a reasonably stress-free experience. Even though the process was blighted by issues further down the chain which caused delays, Jamie at In House went the extra mile to try and get information from the other parties' solicitors and agents and kept me and my vendor informed. I'm now happily in situ in my first grown-up house. Thanks!

GoogleI have just moved away from Didcot however, I have to say the way the In House team managed the sale of my property was excellent. Always keeping me informed, agreeing a sale within the first two weeks of being on the market was great and I was notified at all stages during the selling process which was a massive help as I had never done this before. My next agent has a lot to live up to.

GoogleVery enthusiastic young team, encouraged me to wait for the best offer and showed lots of interested parties round the property. They were diligent in following up suitable buyers and in the end I got the highest price estimated by other agents in town. And Inhouse had the lowest fees!

GoogleTogether my parents and I have used in house on three occasions. Each time they handle themselves with the upmost professionalism and provide a service which is far better than any other agent I have dealt with. The team are friendly and approachable and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can, irrespective of whether their 'duty' as your agent has come to an end. They always keep you informed of what's happening and anticipate potential problems that could arise. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
