FacebookExcellent service!! We had hit a dead end and struggled to find a buyer for my property, when along came Imagine. Jason Baker and the brilliant team at the Hemel Hempstead branch made it all happen for us. They pushed everything through and made sure we were headache free. Cannot praise them highly enough. If selling, buying or letting, then use Imagine!!

FacebookWe had spent most of 2017 trying unsuccessfully, with another agent, to sell and then let our property. We then appointed Imagine and as soon as Harley took over the management of our property, she was absolutely first class. She made such a notable difference and was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We were just so pleased with how much she genuinely seemed to care and both felt our best interests were being properly looked after. This is our first experience of trying to sell and then let our home and it hasn’t been easy but I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Harley’s service and attitude, an absolute gem on the Imagine team.

FacebookWe have just got tenants for our property. The whole experience has been dealt with professionally but also in a very friendly fashion. The Lettings team clearly work well together and commicate with each other. I have been made aware of everything along the way either by regular e mails or phone calls. I really can't fault them. I would happily recommend Imagine to other landlords.

FacebookSince our very first telephone call to Imagine, Amber Harris has dealt with us as prospective tenants with the upmost respect, professionalism and efficiency. Nothing has been too much trouble for Amber and she has understood every question and need we have had. We very much feel valued and looked after. I feel that Amber is really there for us and has made the experience so far an absolute pleasure. In our experience tenants can sometimes be given a raw deal as they are essentially not the client. However, in my opinion that can be very short sighted as all tenants are potential clients. Amber, you are a real asset to Imagine and you represent them at all times in a very positive and professional manner. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us so far and we are looking forward to moving into our new home. We know that you are only a phone call away should we have any questions or need assistance.

FacebookI was looking for a property through Imagine in Garston. Although I ended up buying out of the area. Paul Markey’s approach,experience and friendly attitude, proved really refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul, and all of his staff to anyone.

Facebookvery disappointed with the way I have been dealt with from this company. After being shown a property that I was very interested in and confirmed with the estate agent and the landlord I found out that your representative had taken other people into view the house after I had already confirmed and taken the "offer" that was given to them by the other people viewing the property. extremely disheartened about the way I have been treated and would not expect this from a professional company such as yourselves.

FacebookSo after waiting all day for the letting team leader to get back to me I've been left empty handed. After viewing a property this weekend and confirming that we wanted the place, received written confirmation from the agent who told us no one else was interested in the place and there were no more viewings, well your agent went ahead and showed someone after us and then decided to give it to them. A landlord can't decide between tenants if no references have been exchanged. The landlord was already aware we wanted to move in and was good to move on to the next step as you're agent told us this, so you never should have presented the landlord with another choice. We weren't even given the chance to run our papers by the landlord. My suspicion is you some how made more money of the other tenants, as the fault is yours and not ours. I also suspect that you showed the new tenants around on Monday as you're agent did a pretty good avoidance act, Completely unprofessional underhanded code of conduct. Time wasters

FacebookWas extremely impressed with Amber Harris who did all the pre-occupancy work before we rented the property, would give her 4 or 5 stars. Not as impressed with the property management team. whilst, they are polite, they don't seem to have the level of property management knowledge we would expect. We ended up paying for things that were clearly the landlords responsibility. We bit the bullet as we like the property.

FacebookTotally unprofessional. I left Imagine managing my property whilst I was living abroad. What was I actually paying them for, not managing that's for sure. Just awful.

FacebookWe put our house on the market with Imagine in February this year, almost immediately 4 very smart Imagine employees descended on the property, advising us of market value (£15,000) more than a local estate agent, taking photos, explaining the process and giving us tips on how we could increase the chances of a quick sale. The house was visible on all media’s within 2 days. 2 days later there were 15 prospective buyers lined up to view. A further 2 days and we had agreed a sale £5,000 above the asking price. The process from selling to moving took 6 months as the chain became rather large but throughout the process Paul from the Imagine Garston office kept us up to date of progress and put us at ease when we had concerns we might lose our buyer due to the problems further up the chain. All together Imagine and their team were outstanding. Without hesitation I would recommend Imagine to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Ray White

FacebookI am horrified by their poor service, absolute cowboys. I will never try to buy a property through them ever again. As long as they get their commission, they couldn't care less about you and will act only in their best interest. As a result, I lost a lot of money and was very disappointed, be warned. They were most unhelpful and very rude. Bullied and railroaded, is how I would describe my experience. After I had a survey, they wouldn't even let me quote for the urgent actions that had been highlighted as very serious, leaving me completely in the dark about how much the work would cost. They just dismissed the surveyors comments, even though the surveyor is the professional expert, not them.

GoogleI'd be very careful using them if you are considering. I found them to be dishonest and extremely pushy. A horrible experience and wouldn't even consider using them again. I also noticed replies from them regarding negative reviews on other review sites that the bad reviews must be from their competitors. From experience I doubt that very much.
Like every other 1 star review we have, there isn't a single genuine client name that has transacted with us provided, nor an address for us to investigate any issue. To therefore describe us as dishonest is totally without foundation and a cowardly swipe at a small business. As such it is impossible for us not to believe this is an on going attempt to undermine our status as a highly regarded and leading local business, by a disgruntled competitor with far too much time on their hands. Any genuine complaint would always be given complete respect and investigated thoroughly.

FacebookI had a great service with imagine I had constant contact with Amber, Harley and Sarita who all seem like sweet and very helpful and recieved quick responses from them. Where as other estate agents took time to hear from and didn't seem very interested! Imagine managed to get us into the property we wanted very quickly which was very helpful all the payments and the process was explained very clearly so I'm glad I picked imagine and would recommend anyone to do the same.
