GooglePut my flat on the market on the Monday afternoon and accepted an offer within 48 hours. A very stressful process, as selling a home is, was made smooth and easy to deal with by a very professional team at this branch who answered any queries I had promptly leading to a successful sale.

GoogleImagine have done a great job helping me sell my house, the whole team involved with this have made this process as stress-free as it can be. In particular, Glen Smith from Watford (WD18 0FQ) branch was excellent from the start helping us to get set up for the process, being very considerate, supportive and accommodating. Secondly, Jake Forrest from Watford (WD25 9NQ) branch has been brilliant. He has always kept me up to date with progress, deals with everything efficiently and quickly in a positive and friendly manner. Jake has always been able to answer any of my questions and chase up things up immediately. I feel like he goes out of his way to help. There is not a bad word to say about him. Thank you Imagine!!

He also ensure that the tenant is someone reliable and has good reference. Sarita Hayer has also been helping out with the administration. She responds to my queries promptly and doesn't delay in processing the paperworks. Good job to the team at WD25!

GoogleI have bough, sold and rented with Imagine over the last 10 years or so and I have always been more than happy with the services provided. To me, communication is key and they do exceed in this area by keeping you up to date, responding when they say they will and above all, listening! Can't recommend highly enough. Tom, Glenn, Jason, Chris, Tej, Ricky- All top people!

GoogleWe had a house to sell in Hemel Hempstead and had used 2 local Estate Agents in the town who both had good reputations. The first simply wasn't particularly interested and the second just wanted us to keep dropping the price until it would be enough of a bargain to a purchaser. I know MIke Cole the owner of Imaging Estate Agents Group and his team at Imagine WD25 led by Jason Baker, and although they were out of the area, they gave an honest assessment of the likelihood of a sale. Jason led the team and was present at a few viewings before handing over to Jake and eventually Chris Mullen who we mostly dealt with. The viewing were always with one of the three, never "weekend" staff so they had a good knowledge of the property and location. They always gave feedback after the viewings and when an acceptable offer was made, they guided the whole process with thorough professionalism and care. Chris in particular was superb in letting us know what was happening every step of the way. Imagine Estate Agents are really a huge step ahead of their competition in delivering exceptional levels of customer service to their customers and I would have no hesitation in recommend them to everyone I know. GoogleI have dealt with the lettings department at Imagine to manage a flat I own in Watford and have always been very happy with the service provided to me by this department. I've dealt mainly with Ricky who has always attended to any queries I have had or issues promptly with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. He and the team are a great asset to the firm and I would recommend the agency to other landlords looking for an agent to manage their rental property in this area.

FacebookGood service from Imagine Garston team, especially Harley, in finding a tenant for our property again. Last used them for the first time 3 years ago and they continue to provide a friendly, fast service throughout the process. They price realistically and are then able to secure suitable tenants quickly with all parties working to the same expectations. The follow up admin is not always accurate first time, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars, but that does not stop me recommending them. Having used several other agents locally before them, they firmly remain my Estate Agent of choice in the area.

FacebookWe recently rented a property through Imagine. Mark and Sarita of the Watford WD25 branch were extremely helpful throughout the entire renting process. Within 2 weeks of first viewing the property we moved in! They worked really hard to ensure everything went through as quickly as possible as we didn't have much time before we had to move, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Imagine Watford WD25 and can't thank Mark and Sarita enough for all their help! We are very happy in our new home!

The Trusted AgentNot helpful for tenant
From the point of view of the tenant, they are not helping at all. They don't manage to negotiate any better deals, they are even incapable of convincing the landlord that a bathtub should have a shower head in the 21st century. Once they get the retention money, they can't organise viewings and they provide no service. They charge huge fees for this lack of service. Not to say the other agencies normally act differently, but next time I will look for a private landlord.

Helped us all throughout and was always available and very reliable when we weren't able to go to property ourselves. Replied to all my emails and concerns right away and in a professional manner. Would definately recommend imagine and friendly staff are always there to help.

GoogleDo not use Imagine Bushey to manage your property. Here is an email I sent them when they asked me if I would like to continue using their service: 1) There is very little communication from Imagine for the first few months, then out of nowhere i'm being told my tenant has moved out. There has been seemingly no attempt to stop or reason with the tenant, he has left! 2) Instead of enjoying my holiday in New Zealand, I'm now scared my mortgage is not going to be paid, it takes months for Imagine to find a replacement. 3) When Imagine find a tenant, I am charged a second round of fees. By the end of the 12 months with Imagine I will have spent over £2000 on this management service, this is unacceptable. 4) I have spoken to my tenant directly, who has informed me that there is issues with mould in the living room and burn from the kitchen oven on the surface top. He has spoken to Imagine about these problems, and Imagine has failed to raise the issues with me. 5) I have found out from a family member who I have mail forwarded to that there are overdue and final notice bills from the electricity & gas, water and council. I have already requested Imagine to take care of all the bills for my flat, part of the £2000 managed service I am paying, but they have failed to take care of them promptly. 6) When the previous tenant leaves the property in a state that one Imagine agent calls 'smelly and messy', Imagine continue to have viewings on the property! I suggest the place is cleaned professionally, which in turn, the cost is passed to me, instead of the tenant who created the mess. Unbelievable! I finally fight for a 50/50 share of the cost with the tenant. And then I have an email asking why I am not going to use Imagine.. 'we cannot see any problems that have occurred'.
Dear Phil, I'm sorry you feel as you do. We did respond to the issues you raised immediately when they occurred, but that was a while back now - I'm not sure why you have decided to post this some 5 months later. Of those issues, most are not factually correct at all. Notably at no point were you not receiving rent and needing to be scared about mortgage payments because we had managed the tenant to be responsible for all costs until a new tenant was found / or his term was up, whichever was sooner. The tenant hadn't advised us of any issues with the property whatsoever. You were not liable for any extra fees for finding a new tenants that you wouldn't have been with any other agent and our fees for managing the property were nowhere near £2000. As such your review is difficult to accept as a fair reflection of events when most of the points are plain wrong. However, that is not to say there weren't a couple of issues you raised we could have sharpened up on. I'd be happy for you to contact me directly and take your views on board for any areas we can improve on going forward.

GoogleDealt with Imagine branch WD25 in particular Tej Panesar, excellent communication from start to finish even went above and beyond to secure a the sale for us. She went out of her way to make sure everyone in the chain was on the same wave length, definitely put in the extra hours to secure the sale and keep all customers happy. Sold the house through another agent but it was Tej doing all the ringing around making sure everybody was updated weekly.

GoogleWords cannot express my gratitude to Aaron and Tej for their help and understanding in selling my late aunt's retirement. I knew this was a niche market and could prove difficult but Imagine knew exactly where to market this and we had 11 viewings within 2 weeks and a firm offer within a month. They immediately identified how distressing this was for me and handled everything in a professional but sensitive way keeping me informed at all times. Although the property was empty they never conducted a viewing without first speaking to me and I always received feedback from them afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of selling or looking for a new property

FacebookGreat company to work with during such stressful times , we sold two houses and bought one and these guys and girls made sure we were always kept in the loop and did go the extra mile when we struggled with solicitors, I still cant say it was enjoyable "it wasn't" but when you have a team behind you like IMAGINE its a phone call away for help, but go in and see them would be my advise , very friendly bunch and they all get involved if they need to :) well done team see you on the next move ...John & Oona

Claire, Scott, and Angie were always ready to help and deal with any queries I had, and were professional and competent in every aspect, always friendly and supportive. Pleased to recommend them!
