The worst estate agent I have ever rented through. No matter how reliable and honest payer you are, they will only support the landlord and act against you when you terminate your tenancy. Go elsewhere, where your money would be appreciated.

FacebookSeptember 2020: I have 2 flats to rent in Watford and used Imagine's letting team in Watford to find the tenants and to set up rent collection. The team, managed by Jack Kingsley have been very professional, responsive and their communication has been excellent. They found me tenants in 2 weeks for both flats, they discussed the prospective tenants, they went through their reference checking processes, and they kept me informed at each stage. FacebookFirst time buyer. Lee Martin and Claire Berke were very helpful along the way, especially through this pandemic period. First met Lee since before the lockdown and reserved the property after the first meeting. Since then, there were multiple obstacles to be overcome with solicitors from both sides, all the way up to the day of initial proposed exchange and completion. Therefore both exchange and completion was delayed to a later date last minute. Both Claire and Lee were very approachable and patient with all my questions and having to constantly prompt the seller side and the seller's solicitors to proceed with exchange of contracts. Currently, we are waiting for completion. Hopefully all goes well from now on. Without their help in constantly chasing the solicitors, I am almost certain this would have taken so much longer.

FacebookImagine have been letting my flats in Watford for more than 10 years, finding high-quality, reliable tenants with minimal time lost to turnaround. I am very grateful for their help, especially for making things simple while I'm working abroad. Jack and the lettings team at Watford are super responsive and if you are a landlord with property in the area then I can think of no better team to let your property.

Through what has been a very stressful time due to COVID of trying to buy and sell properties, Paul has gone above and beyond my expectations every time. There is nothing he won't do to make the process as stress free as possible. Always on the end of the phone or on an email. (I'm sure he never actually stops working!!) Googlefound Imagine unprofessional (I think his name was Paul). First thing he said was, do you want the bad news!! It felt like he did not want to be here to value my property (he came here at short notice, but he could had said he didn't have the time, as I got the day mixed up). Did not remove his shoes or even wear a face mask!!!. He made unprofessional comments. Would not recommend or use them to sell my property. Worst estate agent I have ever come across.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Obviously disappointed to read your comments Lai which are at odds with almost every bit of feedback we have ever had on Paul. We know he had to explain the impact of your short lease on value which can be frustrating to hear. But it is the reality and is important to explain and not shy away from. Sorry if the delivery didn’t match your expectations. No excuse on the mask front, he will be reminded of the importance of this immediately.

GoogleHi Lee, Honestly Lee, Paul has been truly amazing for me over my ordeal of searching for the perfect property. I have been looking for a property for over a year now and Paul has been with me all the way. I nearly totally gave up on the whole idea for now and was going to put the whole search on hold for a while. I looked at so many properties and I was so dishearten with the whole finding a property that I gave up and was going to leave it for a year or so. But bless Paul, he did not give up on me or my dream in finding the dream home. He said "Raf I have the perfect property for you, come on let's go!!!!!!!!!!!". Paul knew I would take that house he mentioned to me that I would really like, he even said to me "trust me Raf you will love it" which I did and took it within seconds after seeing the house. Paul bless him, he still had a lot of patience to show me all the other properties we had booked for that day, knowing I will take that property he said I would in the first place. I have come across a lot of Estate Agents who have been amazing to me, but by far Paul has been the BEST for me hence why I am coming back to you guys in the future. In a year or so I will be selling by property that I have in the background to get a much bigger place but I am only coming back to Paul to buy another property. So, tell him he is not done with me just yet lol. I also want to THANK YOU Lee, you have only hired the best people for the service and the job. Because of Paul I did not give up and he managed to find me the perfect property for now. I found the team at Imagine really helpful and friendly to work with, especially Dean Carr who has seen me through process from my first viewing, always been very quick to respond to queries and gone above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I've had. As a first time buyer I found it particularly helpful to have guidance through the process, and Dean was more than happy to help at every opportunity. I even ended up using their recommended mortgage advisor who has also been really helpful. I couldn't recommend the team at Imagine enough.
