Make Hythe and Waterside your first call ......

After losing our father in the first lock down to covid 19 the daunting task to market his well-loved home was put into the hands of Wayne and Joe at Hythe Waterside from the start we had no pressure to market his home immediately only asked to keep them updated, when we eventually put the property on the market Wayne and joe were professional throughout keeping us updated on viewings and on feedback securing an offer and guiding us through the sales process, no questions unanswered and more than happy to help where they could. If you are thinking of selling or purchasing, make Hythe and waterside the first-place can't praise them highly enough always a smile from that little lad Joe

Excellent service from Darren and the team in accommodating my arrival after trans-Atlantic move (with its many moving parts) and helping 'pave the way' with the property owners. Friendly and knowledgeable, I finally felt I was in safe hands after stressful few months. Home at last.

Amazing Team

Joe and his team have been second to none. They are polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have been so open and honest with us from start to finish with the sale of our property. A good team who have good communication in all aspects and we couldn’t fault them.Being first time buyers, Joe has been brilliant with us. He’s kept us in the loop every step of the way, explained stuff thoroughly to us, and this helped tremendously. I couldn’t recommend Joe and his team enough and would definitely use again in the future.

Joe and Wayne went over and above with the service they offer their clients and work with the whole team keeping everyone updated and chasing up other professionals when required and all the time with a friendly smile and good sense of humour. I have moved several times in my life and this is the first time I have felt the estate agents have earned their fee and I cannot thank them enough for looking after us so well and being so respectful of our home.
