GoogleI have just moved to Hythe from Andover,, Hythe and waterside was not working for me as I was the buyer as i was with another estate agent in Andover ,, but Angela she gave 100% she kept me up to date,she phone all involved , she informed me straightaway with any information, she kept my estate agent on their toes, who may I add I felt failed me,, she even phoned me from her own home phone on her day off on the day of completion to make sure it gone through,,as she was still chasing people up to this time, she made me feel I had someone on my side, a big thank you Angela, Hythe and waterside

GoogleHythe and Waterside Lettings, recently sold a property for us. It was a very long drawn out process but the staff kept us well informed at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I would recommend them for rental and sales.

GoogleWe have been with Hythe and Watersiide Lettings for over 20 years, and have always found them pro-active. Any problems have been quickly resolved. Rental monies have always come in promptly and accurate invoices sent to us.

I instructed H&W to sell my property. After they had started, I discovered that they did not use Rightmove to advertise properties (despite emails from the Sales team containing the Rightmove logo). After nearly 3 days of debating this and chasing them, they finally used another estate agents to list my property, causing confusion to buyers. I was unhappy with how they were marketing it and requested to cancel my contract with them. In response they effectively told me that I was wrong and lied to me about how it had been marketed. I again, requested it be cancelled and I received the most rude, obnoxious email from Christina which effectively told me that I had no idea what I was talking about, just to let them get on with it, told me I had no honour and even brought my current employment into it! I'm so upset with the disgusting email that I had that I have now completely blocked their numbers and emails.

GoogleI used this company for both the selling of my own property and negotiating the buying of my new property. The whole process throughout was done in a friendly happy and efficient way. Darren with his photography does a great job and is involved throughout. He is backed up but the other members of his team and Angela does a great job keeping us informed as to what is happening and if the need arises giving solicitors a gentle reminder. A first class service from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
