Joe and the team were very helpful from start to finish. He did the negotiating on our behalf when it came to our sale and took the stress away. He was even able to advise what a sensible offer would be on our new property which was helpful. And when everything had gone to the solicitors, Joe was able to find out information for us that the solicitors hadn't yet told us and kept in regular contact throughout. We would use Hythe and Waterside again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering using them. Thank you Joe and team.

Elizabeth in particular has sorted everything out and has always been the other end of the phone for and questions or issues. Nothing is to big of a problem to sort out for them.
