GoogleFrom our very first phone call of enquiry Carina Pelikan made us feel as though we was the most important part of her day. No question was to much trouble for her, if she didn't know the answer straight away, she found it and got back to us. She found professionals to carry out checks that arose and solved problems no-one else could. GoogleWe signed up with Howards to sell our mums bungalow. In fairness we finally got very near to the asking price for the property, so they did their job. However, throughout the process, communication between them and us was awful. So much so that the sale nearly fell through at the last moment. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

GoogleI had three flats which I wanted managed by a letting agent. After speaking to several agents, Daniel Dighton at Howards proved to be extremely easy to deal with. Howards were efficient and offered a very competitive agreement which is why I have chosen them to manage my property.

GoogleI really must give one of your staff a huge mention. Carina Pelikan of your Great Yarmouth branch I believe. Carina has restored my faith in not only human nature but in the 'professional'. Our sale and purchase has taken about 10 months and has been a 'roller coaster' of misfortune, rogue buyers, and vendors who have rented without telling their buyer and similar complications. It's been a minefield beyond belief. Carina has bee exceptional!! She has gone way beyond that expected of anyone in her profession. Tenacity and professionalism are but two of the adjectives I would not hesitate to use in describing the service she has afforded us over this traumatic period. The sale and purchase of houses, as you know is a stressful experience. Carina had gone a long, long way to relieving some, if not most of that stress by simply doing her job. If you were looking for someone to promote. Look no further. Carina is a credit to your company and her profession.

Daniel Denney, Hayley.Burton-Pye, Carina and the team have all been absolutely brilliant from moment I started viewing properties to having a offer accepted through to completion. This wasn't a straightforward purchase as there were a few very frustrating obstacles due to other matters not related to them. They did everything they could to help. This team were super helpful no matter who answered the phone they all knew what was happening and gave frequent updates with phone calls and emails. Always professional and always extremely helpful. GoogleI am renting with Howards and they have been amazing. Firstly, I was moving from London and all the paperwork, video viewings were sorted remotely. I only picked up the keys. I had 2 issues in the property in 12 months, both resolved quickly (2 days and 1 day respectvely). I usually deal with Chloe and she is responsive and efficient. Also, no unnecessary communications! The repairs are reported online so you don't need to wait until office is open. All round - great service.
