I have been looking for properties and calling different agencies since May. It’s been the most stressful time with very little luck getting viewings, especially with a baby on the way. However I called Howard’s today with very little hope and was kindly called back by an agent named Dan. He listened to my situation with interest, talked me through different options and housing availability they have . How their process works and how they operate viewings and made me feel very at easy. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable, reassured and has truly been the highlight of my of my day. He was a delight to speak to and was a lot more helpful than previous agencies I’ve contacted. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for places to call and ask for him. Very lovely person, doing a fantastic job. I will be relying on this agency in the future!

I have been so impressed with Howards EA with the pro active and efficient manner in which they got my property up for sale and to date have kept me fully up to date with their marketing of the property. Mike Smith was great from day one and Georgia is pro active and 'ON IT' with Chloe Round taking time to ensure i am aware of the potential buyers and they are booked in for viewings with my daughter without any fuss. Feel really let down by this company few weeks ago had a potential buyer who rang office , Only to be told my property off the market due to personal reasons as this happens the potential buyer was related to my neighbour whom I told it was not off market , losing the buyer I complained someone in office would not admit this now after another potential buyer I have to chase up feedback won't use this company again for sure

We are now settled into 2 St Marys Road and have nothing but praise for the service received from Janette, Cheyenne and Clare. Going above and beyond to see that we were able to take possession of the keys on 31st August despite the delays in exchanging contracts and completing the sale. If this had not happened, we would have been in a very difficult position and would have had to consider the very expensive rerouting of our possessions back to Cumbria.
