TrustpilotRenting through Howards started off OK…
Renting through Howards started off OK and everything was good until they changed hands. Then the two very helpful women were replaced by very young rude staff who really didn’t care. When I had found somewhere else this is when the lies came about. This agency cost me a fortune because of their lies. Then after I had moved out it took over two weeks to get my deposit back. Then once again they lied to the utility company, as they told them I moved at end of month, when I moved on 9th of December. I had to prove to the utility company when I moved out as they were trying to get me to pay for gas and electric used after I moved out. They are rude, devious and untrustworthy, they lie constantly. Do not rent through Howards or even trust them.

Not an estate agent I would recommend. They are obviously desperate for property as they seem to think mail shots declaring that they have a purchaser for you property are a good idea. I don't appreciate continually receiving letters from Howards telling me they have a purchaser for my house. If I wish to sell my property I would approach an estate agent of my choice and I can guarantee it will not be Howards Estate agents.

GoogleI've had my property with Howard's for 20 months, it's been a long haul but on the final stretch now. In this time I've had various members of staff be my 'go to' and the lastest is Maddy, now I'm one of your more direct 'don't mess me about an call for the sake of calling me' people .... and I've made that clear from the start, and Maddy has been absolutely great, she's called when it's been important, she hasn't pressured me at any point in doing anything I'm not happy with, unlike other agents.....we've had some good conversations Maddy and I, everyone knows it' can be stressful, selling a property and even more so when the markets quiet and the cost of living has skyrocketed. Maddy has been there as a bit of a 'sounding board' for me too at times and generally supported me, you don't get that often. Yes she's quite young, as are the majority of agents nowadays, but she has come across as sensible, approachable, experienced in her field, empathetic and most importantly 'down to earth' I'm really happy with Maddy & Howard's as a whole. Maddy has done her best and it's paid off in the end. Welldone Maddy and thankyou, Howard's is definitely an Estate Agents I'd recommend without a doubt
It's not the 'hard sell' approach you need or want when selling your home. Its consistency an understanding and I'm happy to say Howard's delivered.

GoogleOnce again I highly recommend Howards Estate Agents, Maddie Stone Residential Sales Consultant Lowestoft for Howards is another example of what good estate agent customer sales should be. She is very patient and polite at all times when viewing and throws a positive spin on when on a negative situation giving great ideas showing the potential in property which is very helpful when you don't have partner to give one a second opinion to be able to see things in a different light and she is never pushy like lots of other estate personnel who fake being nice or they are just plain haughty.
