I use Horton and Garton to manage my properties. They are exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure everything is working properly. They regularly check the properties to ensure that the tenants are keeping them at a good standard. I have recently experienced some difficulties with work carried out at one of my properties. Great experience buying a house with H&G! We were looking for a new home for about a year and we had a deal (with a different agent) fall through already. Through all this time Louise Jones relentlessly showed us around different on- and off-market properties, she took the time to understand our requirement completely and was generally very nice, easy and responsive to deal with. Her absolute strength is how prompt she is and jumps on things to get them through bottlenecks when the deal is in the making. a seriously well earnt 5 star review. if I could give them more stars I would. They were truly remarkable and went hugely above the call of duty to ensure we completed on our dream home. Our conveyance solicitor's said "They have gone way over and above what is expected from them you are very lucky to have them". we had to complete on a particular day and everything was in place however the previous owner lived in another country and was loosing faith with her solicitors. In order to ensure we completed on the property John booked a Euro star the evening before and went to Paris for morning met the owner talked her through the final pieces of legal paper that were needed to be signed, got back on the train that morning to London to ensure we completed by our dead line. We completed on time! A massive thanks to Horton and Garton. Particular thx to John, charlie and phil!
