GoogleWe’ve just bought a lovely apartment in Chiswick for my mother-in-law through Horton and Garden, and honestly, the whole experience was a pleasure (which I don’t think anyone ever says about buying property!). Stuart looked after us from start to finish and was brilliant, super helpful, responsive, and endlessly patient. He especially deserves a medal for dealing with us managing things on behalf of my mother-in-law… let’s just say her relationship with technology is not her strong point 😄 Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Stuart made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and straightforward. Would absolutely recommend Stuart and the team at Horton and Garden, thanks again for all your help!

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Horton and Garton Chiswick from the start. Louise was professional during the initial viewing, and the high-quality photography and the clients on H&G roster really helped the flat stand out, leading to a sale price above our expectations despite a very slow market. Stuart was particularly helpful during the solicitation process; he stayed on top of the sale and managed expectations well when a third-party solicitor became difficult to reach. While the push for a pre-Christmas exchange felt a little rushed given the solicitors' delays at the time, Stuart’s proactive approach ultimately ensured we reached a successful closure. We would certainly recommend their services.

Since meeting John in 2008, I have been exceptionally pleased with the letting agent, landlord relationship. John’s team’s market knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with me being an overseas landlord with an 11 hour time difference has been invaluable. As a landlord, expect the human touch, pragmatism, practical and cost effective solutions to fixes, refurbishment. I can count the void period on my London flat in weeks on one hand - an achievement over a seventeen year period and testimony to the teams ability to attract contract and sustain lasting lease relationships. I would recommend John and team whole heartedly. SALES AGENT: John and Emma Mackie have successful sold my flat in Hammersmith. Initial my London flat and do the last 17 years a rental investment. John and Emma effectively appraised the flat, helped me get cost effective and excellent decorators to ready it for sale and ran a successful campaign resulting in 5 sealed bids. As these things have a tendency to do, our route to home ownership took a few fun twists and turns, and Stuart was our solid guiding light through it all.
