Jason, the Sales Consultant, has been charming and most helpful throughout the purchasing process. I moved into my new Hopkins home last year. There were the initial small issues, but it was so much easier than I expected to get them resolved. Everyone from the Sales team, site teams and the customer service team were incredibly supportive. The contractors were polite and always cleaned up following their works. I like that even after you have moved in I still receive calls from my coordinator to make sure everything is ok. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone. 5 star service all the way.

I purchased a property from Hopkins Homes and moved in December 2023. Right from the start, the customer service was excellent. Sheridan was friendly, honest and efficient. It was my first home so I really appreciate her support with all the complicated aspects. I love my new home. Friends and family have commented on the high standard of the build and finish. The rooms are light and airy and the flat has been well-designed to include built in wardrobes and additional storage. There was very little to report in the snagging survey and the very minor issues were sorted straight away. The landscaping around the development also looks great. I would recommend Hopkins Homes.

We bought our new Hopkins home in January 2024. Although the heating wasn’t working when we moved in, Hopkins went out of their way to get things sorted. Everyone, including the office staff right down to the ground workers were very helpful and friendly. It’s understandable to expect a snag list when buying a new house, which we did but any problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend Hopkins Homes to other people. In our opinion the house is well designed, the layout is excellent with four good sized bedrooms, plenty of loos and a huge well appointed kitchen dining area.

The unwanted, large, overcrowded Elms development was forced on to the edge of this ancient rural village against the advice and wishes of all current residents. The hastily-constructed properties being built are of zero architectural merit and add no value to the mix of old buildings in the village centre dating back to mediaeval times. Despite only being partially completed the development is causing added congestion in the narrow village streets and adverse pressure on the village infrastructure which will only get worse.It is difficult to see how anybody would want to spend a fortune buying a property in such cramped conditions when there are period and later homes available near the village centre at better prices and with better facilities.

Jason has been fantastic throughout the whole journey of purchasing our home. - selling a home and placing your heart on the line when buying a new one is stressful but with Jason and the team everything with Hopkins home has felt enjoyable, warm and they have truly provided a top standard 5 star service. We are so grateful to have found our house with them and for Jason, as he has been a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cares about our happiness with our new home. Hopkins homes do not disappoint! We were looking for a new home but more importantly, a well built new home. After reviewing several companies and being disappointed with the build standard, we found Hopkins Homes in Woolpit. Jason, the Sales Manager , and I, started talking when all we saw was a bare field. Jason was very approachable, knowledgeable and if he needed to find out the answer to a question, he would come back to us quickly. He helped us to decide on the right home for us, without pressure or agenda. Even on his day off, he would reply to any question we had. The whole process was smooth and efficient. On the day of moving in (at the end of August this year) we found a beautiful, clean and tidy new home, ready to move into. Jason was there, together with the site manager to talk us through every aspect of the gadgets in our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them all. We have a snagging meeting next Monday and to be honest, we struggled to find anything, such is the build quality and workmanship in these homes. Jason, thank you! For Everything. Xxx

A nice house, but lack of communication, poor customer service and drainage issues let them down. Our house has issues with drainage in the garden, and currently we are unable to leave our property due to tarmac work being carried out on the only access road we have, yet we were not informed. I called the only contact number available to ask for help and to find out what was happening, and the person was very rude and unsympathetic, insisting that "well, I've been told letters were sent out", even though both myself and my only neighbour recieved no such letter and are now essentially trapped in our homes.Edit: In response to your reply, your site team have confirmed they did not put letters through any doors on our specific road, missing 7 houses impacted by this completely.Edit 2: The barriers were briefly moved allowing access at around 7am by workpersons finishing houses on Beetle Close. Seeing their vans go past, I moved my car then, before tarmac work resumed that day, so assistance wasn't needed. Ultimately you left us without emergency service access for 2 nights with no contact number or site presence to turn to. It's utterly appalling, and shows a major disregard for resident safety.

Long standing issues and problems due to sub standard materials used and poor workmanship, constantly having to chase up , no ownership taken on their part or acknowledgment of upheaval and disruption over a sixteen months period for the occupant’s. Would like to be able to explain my dissatisfaction to the directorship and explain in full my observations and concerns about Hopkins, communication is key but a reluctance to interact again a major stumbling block moving forward .
