During a turbulent twelve months, we completed on our new house helped immensely by Hopkins Homes. We moved to a fabulous traditionally built house, that met all our expectations. With enormous thanks to Jacqui at Hopkins Homes, who helped to keep everything on track and up to date. We love the house, a fabulous home, built by a traditional home builder.

We purchased our Hopkins Homes completely off plan and the entire process until we moved in went smoothly and without any issue which I'm sure was mostly down to the exceptional service we received from Sharon Stone and site managers at St James' Park, Ely. We have now been here a year and although the site is still being built all site staff are polite and courteous of the residents. The customer service team are quick to reply and resolve any snagging issues we have. We would have no hesitation in recommending buy a new home with Hopkins Homes.

We have lived in our beautiful home for a year now. Our journey started with Sharon who was fantastic from first enquiries to completion. Sharon made the buying process a smooth one and was always happy to help despite my many questions! After moving in there where ongoing issues with our home including a problematic leak, however the site team continued to work with us to ensure it was fixed. The site team were super and genuinely did all they could but communication with them was problematic as there is no direct number or email address. All in all we love our home and would recommended Hopkins, I think we were unlucky with our issues after moving in.

Sharon, our Hopkins sales agent, was very helpful, courteous, and thoughtful, even as we were overseas for the entire search, sales, documentation, and closing process. She was also very helpful in providing information on utilities and other move-in issues. We very much appreciate her professionalism and thoroughness. Several issues remained after completion which, once were were in a safe window during the pandemic period, were resolved by a very attentive on site manager during the summer. We are happy with our new Hopkins home.

Moved into our Hopkins Homes in Feb 2021 and couldn't be happier. Pre-purchase, the sales agent, Ann Wilson, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was explained clearly and she made sure we understood the process, including things that you normally find out after moving in. We'd previously purchased a Charles Church (CC) home (big mistake) so we were wary of another new build. However, Ann's open and informative sales style convinced us to go for it. Now that we are in the build quality is miiiiiles better than CC and the house is soooo much warmer. We see Ann Wilson most days as we live near the show home and she arrives ages before her official hours and leaves late too. We'll done Hopkins Homes for employing such an honest, genuine sales agent.

The initial purchase of the house went well, we were kept informed every step of the way, and HH did what they could to keep everything running smoothly.The problems started when we actually got into the house. Problems included:- Garden gate left without slide bolt- Kitchen shelves without pegs- Poor paintwork- Incorrectly wired/labelled fuse boxes- Incorrectly wired/labelled plug sockets- Incorrectly wired network sockets- Electric heater not connected- Washing machine waste pipe not secured- Windows installed incorrectly, causing draughts- Bathroom sink installed incorrectly, causing water to pool- Leak from bathroom sink, damaging flooring- Cracked bathroom tiles- Waste pipe not glued, leading to waste leaking onto the ceiling belowI have lived in this house now for 15 months, and not all the issues have been rectified... in fact, we are given a date of February 2021 for everything to be done! The so-called 'customer care' department will do everything possible to fob you off, and then blame their contractors for not getting in contact, when in fact it is HH's team that have been remiss.Edit: March 2021 further issues- Poor quality kitchen cabinets- Leak from bathroom piping causing damage to flooring, and ceiling below- Car port wood panelling showing signs of water damage

Carol and Adam-Sandpipers, Aldringham.Carol in the sales office was brilliant, she gave us the confidence in the whole process, was supportive in the very difficult sale of our old house and gave us practical advice at all stages of the process. As well as her professionalism, she is friendly, always greets you with a smile and has a great sense of humour (I can't fail not to mention her excellent counselling skills when it looked as if our house sale was not going to happen on several occasions!!)I have to also mention Adam the site manager and his team, who have been contantly helpful, friendly and have provided support in us completing the DIY garden project. The minor problems with the house have been dealt with quickly and professionally by his team.
