It was explained that we had received an offer at the full asking price and the landlord had accepted it. Our agency does not gazump prices or play the market and staff do not receive commission for lettings. Our landlords and tenants best interests are always paramount to our business. Far from our attitude being rude and patronising we found your attitude to be aggressive. We are sure that you would have wished us to have dealt with you in the same manor had you been the first to view and offer on the property. Peter Willis Owner of Home Lettings

GoogleVery unprofessional stuff. Appointment was cancelled at last minutes . Got call 15 minutes before the my appointment saying they have to cancel my appointment. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend this agent.
