GoogleFriday morning the shower was not working and with a family not able to shower in this weather it was panic stations. Our Landlord Graham quickly responded and organised Tony to fix it. Tony was professional and a lovely person. He sorted it out quickly and fitted a new shower. All working and a Happy family all showered!!!! Many thanks the Brown Family.

GoogleThe worst Agency ever. They mistreated us, very inhumane in our stay in 12 Hakewill Way. They left us without a working fridge for more than a year. I've lost a lot of weight. They responded late and asked for a lot of fees after the tenancy. I will never recommend!!! If you see this agency to let or sell, RUN!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThroughout the 4 years we lived in our flat, we had a great tenant/ agent(s) relationship with Graham, Emily and their colleagues. If we ever had an issue or emergency, prompt and professional assistance was received within 24 hours, providing us with great service but also instilling confidence in Home Sales & Lettings as our agents. GoogleAfter renting from a private landlady for over 11 years , and having some issues with repairs etc , we moved to a property with Home Sales & Lettings . What a difference ! Always kept fully informed from the day we applied for the rental property , right through to move in and beyond . Very professional, yet friendly staff and always happy to help . The house was very clean when we moved in , and even a lovely welcome to your new home box of goodies on our move in day too . Any issues at all are dealt with very quickly, even very minor ones .
