Absolutely shocking! Arranged a viewing, showed up 10 minutes before. Waited at the property 15 minutes, before giving the agent a call. Apparently she'd been very busy and thus running behind, but promised me she'd be there in 2 minutes. I wait another 15 minutes, and still not agent. Now I check the listing again and it says let has been agreed. There was obviously an offer and/or referencing checks going on as she agreed to show me the property, so common decency and customer service would have been to notify me of this - and AT LEAST let me know on the day that let was agreed so that I did not have to waste my time waiting 30 minutes for something that was no longer available. From what I can tell I am not sure she was even ever on her way. Stay far, far away from this joke of an agency.
