I have been with Graham's company home sales and Lettings for approximately 10 years now and have been very impressed by the service. Graham and his team are very fair to tenants and owners in my opinion, which I agree with completely when Graham contacts me because there's a problem I know it's a genuine problem and usually give the go-ahead to get things sorted by return and I have never been let down. I would personally recommend Graham as an agent and I speak as someone who has had considerable problems with a different agent in the past.

Graham has managed my properties since 2014, in that time he has never found me a bad tenant and has sold three properties for me successfully and without trouble. One being my own residence which was a seven figure transaction the other two rentals one just very recently in a difficult market. His service and attention is of the highest level which is why I have had no defaults or failures to sell. His fee is also very competitive. I can recommend him over many full time selling agents.

Anyone who has ever rented a property will understand that it can never be easy. It can be very daunting moving and finding yourself a new property you can officially call your home. I was actively searching for a property in Colchester and moving from London made it tough for viewings. I spent approximately around two months trying to find myself a place to rent and found it to be incredibly challenging. Nearly giving up I stumbled upon a property advertised with ‘Home Sales & Lettings’ and was able to quickly schedule a viewing with Graham. After viewing the property I was satisfied enough and more than happy to rent the property which was ideally located and more importantly knowing that I was renting with a lettings company who had my best interest. Upon viewing the property it was clear it needed a few minor changes with the bathroom however, Graham assured me it would be taken care of with new equipment being installed prior to the arranged move in date. Graham has been very helpful to assist with my every needs and was really easy to work with. It has been a really tough year due to the Covid-19 pandemic but I can’t thank him enough for his efforts of helping me to find a property I can officially call home. Without a doubt I would use this lettings company again and I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars is not enough. Brilliant work, keep it up.

A brilliant service provided by all the team. There was always someone at the end of the phone to assist with any problems or questions that we had with the property.
