GoogleHad an excellent experience so far with Home Sales and Lettings, before moving in they always updated me with any developments. Graham and Josh are both polite, friendly and professional. Any queries or anything r.e maintenance Josh always gets back to me straight away. Confident if I have any problems they will always sort them. I live on my own with 3 children and I feel very looked after. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Home Sales and Lettings

GoogleHorrific company! I’d never advise anyone to rent a property from these! I lived in my flat for 4 years and got treated like dirt! Had to live in the property for around 3/4 months without hot water (I have a small child), I would text countless times asking for help and get no replies for months and I’ve just left the property because I’ve had enough and they’ve taken 4 months to pay back my deposit, despite a phone call saying I’d get back the majority of my deposit, they tried to take over £550 off me, anyone would’ve thought I’d trashed the place! Such rubbish! Am currently seeking legal advice!

GoogleI rented a flat with them for 2 years, I have always had a very positive response from Graham and Emily and the issues if there were any sorted out very quickly be it replacing a faulty machine, or any simple handyman jobs, plumbing, electric etc. I would gladly recommend them for any future property hunts/management.

GoogleThe worst Agency ever. They mistreated us, very inhumane in our stay in 12 Hakewill Way. They left us without a working fridge for more than a year. I've lost a lot of weight. They responded late and asked for a lot of fees after the tenancy. I will never recommend!!! If you see this agency to let or sell, RUN!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have to edit this review mainly because of my end of tenancy experience. Just want people to be mindful as you may end up paying a huge part of your deposit towards normal wear and tear, which I believe is not tenant’s responsibility. Apart form that my experience with Home Sale & Lettings was fine.
