GoogleGraham has managed my properties since 2014, in that time he has never found me a bad tenant and has sold three properties for me successfully and without trouble. One being my own residence which was a seven figure transaction the other two rentals one just very recently in a difficult market. His service and attention is of the highest level which is why I have had no defaults or failures to sell. His fee is also very competitive. I can recommend him over many full time selling agents.

GoogleI have been with Graham's company home sales and Lettings for approximately 10 years now and have been very impressed by the service.
Graham and his team are very fair to tenants and owners in my opinion, which I agree with completely when Graham contacts me because there's a problem I know it's a genuine problem and usually give the go-ahead to get things sorted by return and I have never been let down.
I would personally recommend Graham as an agent and I speak as someone who has had considerable problems with a different agent in the past.

GoogleAvoid at all costs.
Countless maintenance issues during our tenancy that were left unaddressed.
Took over a year to have a leaking window repaired.
The EPC rating of the property was falsified.
When other landlords were giving tennants a discount to their rent during the early stages of the pandemic, these guys were trying to increase our rent.
We were threatened that the landlord could increase our rent to any amount and we would have to accept it or be evicted.
During the end of our tenancy the letting agent gave access to a contractor without giving us the legally required notice.
