I would highly recommend Hodders in Addlestone. Nick carried out the valuation very promptly, the photos were excellent with a very quick turnaround and the house was sold on the first day of viewings! Stephen was very helpful with the sale progression. Matt and Rob were also very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I would like to thank Rob in particular for guiding me through the final stages which were a bit more difficult. The whole team were friendly, understanding and professional, so many thanks to you all.

We have been amazed by the quality, efficient and professionalism of the service from Hodders when they sold out property for us. Especially Matt, who was our key point of contact throughout the sale. We first looked at buying a property back in May and Hodders were extremely helpful and professional in identifying which properties we could realistically afford, and were quick to arrange viewings with a number of properties that fit our ideal criteria. Despite running through a couple of issues on the solicitor side of things which was of course out of Hodders control, we were able to enter a smooth process that resulted in us moving into our new property in September. Professional throughout and will likely use when we look to upsize.

Working with Richard and Nick was such a pleasure. Richard went above and beyond in terms of liaising with the seller and ensuring positive comms between all parties. The team at Hodders Addlestone & Chertsey have been absolutely brilliant. From start to finish, they have been easy to do business with. Our main contact was Rob Alderton, but the entire team are polite, helpful and friendly. Rob was so efficient! He was proactive right from the start. He was very quick to reply to my emails or calls, he always had the information I needed and knew the sale very well at every stage of the process. We are truly thankful to Judy Ciok for having helped us with the sale of our flat in Docklands. In Response to the company’s comments. What part of ‘I have not personally used these so called estate agents’ is hard to understand. Regarding the owner. It’s not hard to see who Steven Wayne is to the company there’s enough material online to suggest this. You are correct I won’t be calling. Why would I wish to interact with such people. I just wish for people to know my humble opinion and findings. Good luck in your future endeavours. Regarding DISHONEST , RUDE … borderline evil what they have done to the elderly of the area I have not personally used these so called local honest estate agents due to not having properties. I am a person of the community who supports elderly people and addresses any issues they may be having. Due to the nature of my work I have been forced to write this review on behalf of the people who have been mistreated by this company. These people cannot comprehend writing a Google review. It’s come to the point where time and time again I have heard bad things about this agency regarding dishonesty and having an agenda which does not consider the clients best interest at all. I have seen the owner on social media portraying himself as a good local business man. And also pretends to be a part of MY community. The amount of innocent people who are elderly who have been mistreated and made fun off when they try to visit the office is ridiculous. I have heard this from within my community and many other cultures. There seems to be a trend of individuals who belong too ethnic minority groups. If a company can take advantage of an elderly person it says a lot about the services they will provide as a whole.
