Matt and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process from the point of booking in our initial valuation to arranging viewings and giving us our feedback. They were patient with us given our employment set up which is not always flexible with booking in viewings, and kept us fully up to date every step of the way.. They are a great team and we trusted them completely with our property sale and would highly recommend their services to friends and family.

We brought our first home back in the summer last year and Hodders were brilliant. Myself and my partner made an offer on a flat in a new development but lost out, we explained in detail our criteria to Chris and with a few days he phoned us to say something suitable was re-available. We saw it straight away and made an offer then and there. The flat was perfect for us and it was wonderful that Chris took on board our criteria in such detail. We had a lengthy process to start with with paperwork to which the Hodders team were very patient. During the process we had a few major questions raised regarding forms and the help to buy scheme and I contacted Danielle Perry who dealt with the issues immediately and had it resolved within a few short days. Having worked in Estate Agency myself I know how crucial time management was and she was superb with our requests. On completion Danielle met us at the flat and handed us the keys with a bottle of Hodders Prosecco which was a nice touch. We won't be selling for a long time but when we do, we would certainly go back to Chris and the team.

As a tenant I had quite a lot of issues with the way estate agent handled things and I eventually gave in and accepted that this is how estate agents treat tenants in this country. I then had the first phone call and it was wonderful customer service from Hodders. The lettings manager Keith Howard was extremely courteous, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. He swiftly and easily guided me through the change over process and the whole transition was seamless. It has been so refreshing to have someone so helpful representing a tenant, nothing seems to be too much of a hassle, and Keith even helped me find a cleaner and gardener locally. Thank you Hodders

Matt and the team at Hodders met with us in the summer of 2022 and put up our property in September. after that the housing market went crazy and loads of mortgages were pulled, but Matt and the team were super patient with us and helped to calm us as we made the property available for countless viewings and ultimately got us a good price for our house. Even though we had moved to Canada, they were still able to keep good lines of communication and keep us calm through the whole process. I would highly recommend the team and I would also add that my mother rented a property via Hodders also and had similarly excellent service.

We completed on our new purchase with Hodders Egham yesterday, We have been dealing with Curtis and Harry.This our second home and were assured by the agents that the house will be cleaned to a satisfactory standard. However house provided by me in complete mess. I was promised by the agents that the vendor will out by 3.30pm but vendor did not vacate till 8pm, we were standing outside our new home from 3pm to 8 pm with my 18 month baby Also estate agent never bother to come at the property to hand over the key to check any issue. we had to go to his office for key collection while vendor was in the property. During the sales process I was given gentleman promise by Mr Curtis that you will get clean house.When I asked him house is full of CAT litter smell ..where is gentleman promise gone.His answer was extremely rude...we had bit of discussion he asked me to leave the office. Mr Harry handed the key but vendor was still in the property trying remove their stuff...Mr Curtis followed us swearing until the door body language was saying ready to fight. Feel sorry for the director for keeping staff like him in the business. Curtis is extremely rude person with aggressive nature. So the service we have got is extremely rubbish, Unprofessional staff with lots of lies. Would never use again and will certainly circulate my experience far and wide. Also requesting you to think twice before choosing them for any business.

Mr Curtis followed us swearing until the door body language was saying ready to fight. Feel sorry for the director for keeping staff like him in the business. I have had numerous issues since I moved into my property. Nothing has been resolved and now it's been 4 months. The customer service has been appalling, with no valid action points or responses, and been missold the property. After speaking to numerous members - Matt, josh, Kate, and now the lettings director Andrew I still have no hot water or heating. Absolutely shocking and disgusted in Hodders. It is disgusting behaviour, I feel once I have signed the contract and paid the money they don't give a damn crap about their customers. I do not recommend them at all. Awful.

I never thought I'd be saying nice things about an Estate Agent, but I have been very impressed with Harry and Claire at Hodders. With other quotes from two of the biggest agents in Staines, I chose to go with Hodders as I felt they had a more personal approach. From start to finish they managed the sale of my property and the nervous first time buyer. Always kept me up to date, professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. As a tenant I have made calls over issues since January, empty promises of return calls which never happen. Lies are plentiful, excuses free flowing, responsibility varies from lip service at best to non existent. Promises of change but it's never going to happen. Arrogant to the extreme
