GoogleWouldn't use this Estate Agent again. Once we got the house keys, the alarm kept going off, called the Agent Michael few times no response or call back, once they get their commission they won't respond back to you!

GoogleAwful experience. We had a viewing for a property to buy at 3pm . The agent was not there . My Husband and I left our job 2 hours earlier to get in time to the place and see the property in day light. I called the agent at 3:09 why nobody is here and he said sorry we call you earlier because many people do not show up for viewing , I would like to think they call me earlier for any reason to confirm or reschedule the appointment but I couldn’t answer, but My question was why you didn’t left a Voicemail or text message or an email??? And he said well he can not do anything now and any way they have 5 offer right now . I called back to office the other colleague answer the phone and Accuse me that I am lying. And I was late . I was not late at at all even I was 10min early , and waiting for my husband.otherwise I could not see your agent with black Mercedes left early !!!! So unprofessional and irresponsible.
You turned up late for your appointment with no consideration for the agent. We do have other appointments and cant be expected to wait all day for you We called 3 times before the appointment to confirm you didnt have the decency to reply or answer If only us agents could write bad reviews on our clients

GoogleVery professional and quick to respond. Imaan and Louisa made my journey of finding a first rental home in London delightful. They got rid of all stress and hassle that comes when you are moving in from a different country. Flat was ready by the time I landed in London and I got the keys on the same day. They responded to all of my concerns within hours and quite emphatic. They have set the bar so high, I doubt if someone can match it in future. Keep up the great work. Thanks a ton.

FacebookMatt and the team at Hodders met with us in the summer of 2022 and put up our property in September. after that the housing market went crazy and loads of mortgages were pulled, but Matt and the team were super patient with us and helped to calm us as we made the property available for countless viewings and ultimately got us a good price for our house. Even though we had moved to Canada, they were still able to keep good lines of communication and keep us calm through the whole process. I would highly recommend the team and I would also add that my mother rented a property via Hodders also and had similarly excellent service.

GoogleCould not recommend Hodders (and Karen) highly enough. My wife and I were looking to move closer to family and friends and Karen’s professionalism, knowledge of the area and passion were key in our decision to move forward with Hodders, and I am glad we did. Karen knew exactly which clients she wanted to show the house too and within a few days, the house was sold. Truly, no question was too small (or stupid) and Karen and the team were always happy to help in any way they could. Thanks Karen!
