In nearly 30 years I've never written to another estate agent to say how incredibly impressed I was with how professional thier member of staff was.
Nicola is an absolute credit to her profession and you at Hodders have a simply fantastic representative of your brand. In a fairly stressful chain she represented her clients and your company with professionalism, integrity and great humour in trying circumstances.
The fact this chain managed to exchange with completion fairly shortly is a testament to her ability and tenacity.
Sales progression is a hugely important part of our business and the fact she managed two incompetent solicitors through the process shows her unquestionable talent. Just think how quick she would turn your pipeline if her preferred solicitors we're recommended more regularly....

Having sold a number of properties over the years, I can honestly say the team at Hodders have been outstanding.
I actually decided to go multi-agent after hearing all the usual promises from other estate agents. It didn't take long to realise that Hodders were in a league of their own. Their communication, professionalism and commitment to getting the job done were on another level, so I ended up putting all my trust back in them.
A special mention has to go to Rob, who was calm, level-headed and reassuring throughout what was a very stressful project. Nicola in Sales Progression was fantastic, always proactive, positive and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line. Adam also deserves a huge thank you for securing the final sale.

GoogleI am very DISAPPOINTED with Hodders Addlestone Branch! Me and my husband made an offer on one of the properties we liked! The lady dealing with it Was Andrea Gibbons (I am mentioning her name because she basically lied and manipulated). According to her the landlord lives in USA and she was waiting to hear back from Landlord. I am on Mat leave the whole Hodders team does not know that “People get paid on Mat leave! Like wowww!!!” Please train your staff Hodders management!!!
So Ms Andrea spoke to my husband at 5:30 on a Tuesday evening around 6 and said that she has put our offer through with misleading information as she thought I do not get paid because I am on mat leave and then they closer their branch at 6:30. The next morning Wednesday I called at 9:24 and I got to know that property has been given to someone else!! Like how and when did this happen?
On a Tuesday evening just before you close you are telling us that you are putting our offer through to a person who lives in states and then the branch closes at 6:30. The next morning branch opens up at 9 and by 9:24 the property has been given to someone else!!
DISAPPOINTING!!!! I don’t recommend them at all! Please do not trust them and buy/sell
From them! I hope this review gets to Hodders management and they can do something about it.
Another thing if they were biased because of me being on mat leave then they went completely againte the law and i hope they get caught!

Had an issue with my boiler and Hodders/Jan had someone out within 20 minutes which was very impressive.
Was with Martin Flashman before, who ended up being a nightmare at the end of our tenancy - Hodders made it very easy and didn't try to sting us for ridiculous charges for no reason. It's not often someone goes out of their way to write a good review, so I believe this should count for a lot.

GoogleWe have a rental property next to us that is unfortunately let out by Hodders.
The current tentants are heavy drug users (all day long), in particular cannabis which often comes through the walls and floorboards stinking out oir family home.
We tipped Hodders off about the drug use and smoking in the house. I even had to complain to the tenants with smoke bellowing out of the door when they answered.
Received a very rude and patronising email from Hodders basically calling us liers and that the smell was incense sticks and if drugs were present to take it up with the police as it was not their problem even though they call themselves property managers.
We have since spoken to the police, the house and tenants are now known to them along with the letting agents details.
