GoogleHad my property to let for over 2 months (Normally my flat never stays vacant for more than 2 weeks). Haven't found anyone yet and they keep pressuring you to reduce the asking price. Asked the guy i was dealing to call me back as he was in a meeting that day. Must of been a long meeting because 3 weeks later im still waiting. Much better agents out there, in fact now a days you can advertise for free on open rent which will be better than these guys.

FacebookI have had numerous issues since I moved into my property. Nothing has been resolved and now it's been 4 months. The customer service has been appalling, with no valid action points or responses, and been missold the property. After speaking to numerous members - Matt, josh, Kate, and now the lettings director Andrew I still have no hot water or heating. Absolutely shocking and disgusted in Hodders. It is disgusting behaviour, I feel once I have signed the contract and paid the money they don't give a damn crap about their customers. I do not recommend them at all. Awful.

FacebookI never thought I'd be saying nice things about an Estate Agent, but I have been very impressed with Harry and Claire at Hodders. With other quotes from two of the biggest agents in Staines, I chose to go with Hodders as I felt they had a more personal approach. From start to finish they managed the sale of my property and the nervous first time buyer. Always kept me up to date, professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service highly recommend.
