Awful experience. We had a viewing for a property to buy at 3pm . The agent was not there . My Husband and I left our job 2 hours earlier to get in time to the place and see the property in day light. I called the agent at 3:09 why nobody is here and he said sorry we call you earlier because many people do not show up for viewing , I would like to think they call me earlier for any reason to confirm or reschedule the appointment but I couldn’t answer, but My question was why you didn’t left a Voicemail or text message or an email??? And he said well he can not do anything now and any way they have 5 offer right now . I called back to office the other colleague answer the phone and Accuse me that I am lying. And I was late . I was not late at at all even I was 10min early , and waiting for my husband.otherwise I could not see your agent with black Mercedes left early !!!! So unprofessional and irresponsible.

We first looked at buying a property back in May and Hodders were extremely helpful and professional in identifying which properties we could realistically afford, and were quick to arrange viewings with a number of properties that fit our ideal criteria. Despite running through a couple of issues on the solicitor side of things which was of course out of Hodders control, we were able to enter a smooth process that resulted in us moving into our new property in September. Professional throughout and will likely use when we look to upsize.

Firstly I started selling my property with two other estate agents who were both totally useless. I came across Hodders purely by accident but I am so glad I met Karen who then came round to give me a valuation and the rest is history from the moment she took over the selling of my property she has been a god send. Karen and her team have been nothing but professional, considerate, caring and nothing was ever too much of a problem. They kept me fully informed of procedures throughout the sale of my property. They made a very stressful experience effortless! I would also like to mention Rob who again dealt with a lot of my stress and concerns and nothing was too much for him to deal with, always the professional. This is really heartfelt and made my experience of selling my house an absolute pleasure and a really positive experience and restored my faith in estate agents. We dealt with Rob Alderton in the Addlestone branch when we bought our house back in April. Right from the start Rob was professional and approachable, and always came back to us promptly with answers to any questions we had. Originally we were shown round the property by David (I think his surname is Davis) and he was also very friendly and helpful. They listened carefully to our requirements and always sent us relevant properties which was very refreshing. I have just used Hodders Estate Agents in Addlestone and I have been extremely impressed with their service, professionalism and efficiency. I had complete faith in Karen the manager when I met her originally and Karen and her team have been fantastic throughout this sale. Each time I called the office the staff went out of their way to make sure that my question was dealt with and everyone I had any contact with were both friendly and helpful, especially my dealings with Hope and Robert. As a tenant I had quite a lot of issues with the way estate agent handled things and I eventually gave in and accepted that this is how estate agents treat tenants in this country. I then had the first phone call and it was wonderful customer service from Hodders. The lettings manager Keith Howard was extremely courteous, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. He swiftly and easily guided me through the change over process and the whole transition was seamless. It has been so refreshing to have someone so helpful representing a tenant, nothing seems to be too much of a hassle, and Keith even helped me find a cleaner and gardener locally. Thank you Hodders
