I have dealt with Rob from the first phone call that I made to view the property. I have to say that he has been the nicest person I spoke to during the entire process. We have not completed the purchse yet, but I still feel that I want to express my opinion about Rob and his colleagues in Addlestone. Whenever, I need some reassurance or have a question, he has always been there to kindly help. We dealt with Rob Alderton in the Addlestone branch when we bought our house back in April. Right from the start Rob was professional and approachable, and always came back to us promptly with answers to any questions we had. Originally we were shown round the property by David (I think his surname is Davis) and he was also very friendly and helpful. They listened carefully to our requirements and always sent us relevant properties which was very refreshing. As a tenant I had quite a lot of issues with the way estate agent handled things and I eventually gave in and accepted that this is how estate agents treat tenants in this country. I then had the first phone call and it was wonderful customer service from Hodders. The lettings manager Keith Howard was extremely courteous, helpful and provided exceptional customer service. He swiftly and easily guided me through the change over process and the whole transition was seamless. It has been so refreshing to have someone so helpful representing a tenant, nothing seems to be too much of a hassle, and Keith even helped me find a cleaner and gardener locally. Thank you Hodders

This agent will do anything to gain a property let. Their staff lie to perspective tenants and Landlords alike. The tenant will be promised anything to sign an agreement without this being agreed by the Landlord. I unfortunately chose them to manage my property and it has been a complete nightmare. Now trying to cancel the agreement and being threatened with legal action. Whether you are a Tenant or Landlord stay well away !!!

I can highly recommend Hodders. They valued my mother's house in 2017 and asked if they could email me occasionally, promising not to bombard me. They were true to their word and I never considered any other agent when eventually the house had to be sold four years later. I can't single out an individual because, without exception, all were exceptional in their customer care - and all simply very nice people. This is a good, professional firm that can be trusted to handle more than competently one of the biggest issues in anyone's life.
